“Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

Then when I got out the towels smelled disgusting and I had to drip dry. The hair dryer was broken. The bed was lumpy. We were charged and exorbitant amount for a scrambled egg and some hashbrowns and when we spoke with the manager she was rude. I've never paid so much money for such a yucky place. Also, I thought this was a resort and there was zero resort amenities...
