“The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag.”

“What ruined our trip was the night staff. We returned from a sailboat trip at 9:40 and the parking lot was packed. Staff suggested we park near curb and trees but would block others in. When it was brought to his attention, he suggested we either wait 18 minutes for maintenance to leave or park on the street because it was free until 8am. We were traveling with two kids and neither was an option to me after paying $400 for one night and a van parked out front with people drinking and smoking...

“Quiet location; would have been better but the room wasn’t clean when we checked in. Crumbs on the floor & chair, something else on the floor that my dog wanted to lick, the bathtub had hair and a ring of what appeared to be left from someone’s bath in it, and one of the pillowcases had splashes of something on it; wasn’t clear if the sheets had been changed.
