“The room was clean. The bed pillows were not as comfortable as my home pillow. The pool was small, but we were the only ones using it. There is no hot tub. Breakfast was always hot with a good variety of good food.”

“The accessibility needs a little bit of work iD consult someone in a wheelchair to test out accessibility. And parking is a bit tight otherwise our stay was perfect .”

“Clean property - both inside and out. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food at hotel cafe was always outstanding and dietary needs were met. Close to downtown Olympia and several area attractions and shopping. Lots of onsite parking.”

“Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.”

“Not sure what was going on with this hotel, maybe renovations or something however it was advertised with a hot tub. There was no hot tub. The ice machine was down but the staff was very friendly.”

“Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left....
