“Great staff and stay”

“We got a suite and it felt incredibly dingy and worn out. There were marks on the walls and parts of the carpet had snagged and ripped. The layout was very weird and it looked as if it was missing furniture and there were some dents in the walls. I mentioned it to staff and the girl I spoke to indicated that it was just an old room that needed the furniture to be replaced (apparently happening this fall). There was no offer of going to a different room or having housekeeping visit. The...

“The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag.”

“The hotel was in a perfect location for walking around town. The room was very large and had a microwave and fridge. I would definitely stay there again.”

“No kitchen items available. Counters were sticky. Other people‘s hair on the bathroom counter.”
