The temperature regulation was also difficult - we opened the windows to air out the room. However, the windows did not have screens, so the open windows allowed bugs to enter. “The Occidental Lodge is a very charming, old-school lodge that is well-maintained and absolutely spotless. My favorite part was that there were no smells at all in the room, which I loved!The lodge is located in a tiny, quiet town that I would describe as a micro-country town.
