“The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!!”

“The hotel isn't perfect but the new owner is working his butt off getting it better day by day. Our room was clean we didn't have a microwave but as soon as I asked where to find one the owner brought a brand new one to the room.”

“Very clean rooms staff was nice and helpful parking was easy kitchen was simple but had everything you need I would stay again my room was premium suit it’s like small apartment almost big enough for me and my spouse and their service dog to have room to move around bathrooms very clean beds very comfy and clean”

“Excellent location, easy walk to the park. Deluxe cabin was plenty big for our group. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Two full bathrooms was a plus! No cons but due to location near water and woods like setting do not leave food out! You will get ants. The top loft has a low ceiling but there were 2 queens and 2 TVs in separate areas up there. Would definitely return!”

“The staff at the hotel were all very polite and accommodating. The amenities were great. I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the common areas, however, our room didn’t seem very clean upon our arrival. I noticed a lot of grime built up behind the toilet and someone else’s un-used tampon on the floor beneath the sink area. There was also hair. It sort of grossed me out, but my kids were in a hurry to run off and play so I didn’t fuss about it to management.”

“The room wasn't clean, had food in a madeup bed. Spills were on the table and chair. Telephone was missing buttons and was sticky so I couldn't call front desk had to walk down there.. Staff was friendly”

“Breakfast was sub par, Best western normally has a good breakfast but this one didn’t. The beds were on the small side, I don’t believe that they were queen’s. The price was high but I guess all of the hotels are priced high for the area, I would expect more for that price it wasn’t a elite hotel, don’t know if I would recommend it to anyone.”
