“We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.”

“The staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was adequate however three bathroom faucet needed a set screw because the handle was loose. The room was clean.”

“Cabin was perfect for a 3 day stay. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teens. Loft has room for 2 queen air mattresses but height is a little bit of an issue with taller air mattresses but height. Equivalent to a tiny house. Clean, good a/c, quiet.”

“Our room wasn’t clean and there was evidence of a bug issue. Desk staff did move our room without issue and apologized but also asked if I had “used anything in the room” as if that was important considering the room needs to deep cleaned and treated. There don’t seem to be many great hotel options in the area. It was close to cedar point and the breakfast was okay altho the pancake machine kept having issues. Not the hotel’s fault but there was also a sports team of high school boys staying...

“We had a pleasant stay. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was on the better side of a typical hotel breakfast. The coffee was very good. Fitness center was very typical for a hotel. Did not use the pool. Hotel was clean.”

“I expected more from the resort. The mattress’s in our room were completely soiled and had to request another room. The mattress’s in the second room also had stains throughout it. I refuse to stay there again.”

“Beware! The Pool is currently under maintenance, but at the reception they provide a voucher to go to a gym for free... No kitchen available, only a microwave oven and a boiler, but the laundry room is ok.”

“Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs. Bed seemed short and sheets were crinkly and starchy. Adequate...

“Pictures are not anything like the actual place. It’s at an intersection and everything is loud. It looks sketchy, and the room is so tiny. A double bed is not even big enough for 2 people. The bathroom is so small you couldn’t move. I would so much rather pay $30 more for bigger.”
