“Parking lot in bad shape. Door didn't close tight so the noise from the outdoor pool was excessive.”

“We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.”

“Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs. “Cabin was perfect for a 3 day stay. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teens. Loft has room for 2 queen air mattresses but height is a little bit of an issue with taller air mattresses but height. Equivalent to a tiny house. Clean, good a/c, quiet.”

“Our room wasn’t clean and there was evidence of a bug issue. Desk staff did move our room without issue and apologized but also asked if I had “used anything in the room” as if that was important considering the room needs to deep cleaned and treated. There don’t seem to be many great hotel options in the area. It was close to cedar point and the breakfast was okay altho the pancake machine kept having issues. Not the hotel’s fault but there was also a sports team of high school boys staying...
