“Close to airport, clean, comfortable bed, inside is very nice, outside and surrounding area needs an upgrade. Provided transportation to airport. Hamburger at restaurant was good but expensive $25. Staff was very kind and friendly.”

“Quando siamo arrivati il riscaldamento era rotto, nel senso che o riscaldava a temperature sopra i 50 gradi o doveva essere spento. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che ha fatto spallucce e detto che la mattina dopo avrebbero mandato qualcuno a sistemarlo (ma non e' successo). Il giorno dopo ci siamo poi trovati tutto il giorno chiusi in hotel a causa della tempesta di neve (questo non e' colpa dell hotel) - ma il personale non ha mosso un dito per cercare di alleviare la situazione...
