“Key collection and return was relatively easy, problem lies at identifying the unit you will be staying, as there are so many condo projects. Since I have not been there before, it took quite awhile to find the location”

“Goodjob when you set priority to your custimer complaint and act fast. We check in late night, feel super tired, then a problem across in our room and we get to change to another room. We are happy for the service.”

“Have to wait around 10mins when we are extremely exhausted from 1 day drive for the receptionist on night 11/11/2023 to search for our online recepit in their hotel booking. There are som hairs at floors when we enter the room but overall ok with the price”

“1st-troublesome to get the access card and it doesn't work for in and out of the car park, every in out still need to queue and wait for security guard. 2nd- workers didn't changed the pillow cases and bed sheet after the previous guests checked out. hairs and stain still remained. Dirty and smelly pillow still kept inside the wardrobe.3rd-all white towels didn't clean properly, stain and yellowish patches all over the towels. 4th-No response from management staff.
