Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!”

“Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.”

“We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Towels were provided, but guests need to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. The environment and cleanliness were excellent — the space was spacious, neat, and well-maintained.
