“Breakfast and coffee was good. Really clean and smells good. Pet friendly. The area is okay. Hotel is nice. Pool was closed, under going maintnance. Overall it was a pleasant stay. ”

“To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards. Good thing I always bring my own cleaning supplies! The bed itself seemed to be fairly clean but considering...

“They have one working elevator for over 600 rooms. Fifteen minute wait is common. Leave the lights on as we found a 3” Cockroach in our bathroom upon arrival. 4” blood stain on worn out carpeting. Dripping faucet. If you’re tight on cash for the night the Motel 6 next door isn’t much better but at least it has hardwood floors and no elevator issues.. Stay Away..”

“Hotel molto curato con camere a tema. Ottima pulizia. Caffè e tè a disposizione dalle 5 del mattino. Bellissimo il museo interno dedicato alla costruzione della Hoover Dam. Ampio parcheggio esterno. Posizione centrale vicino a negozi e ristoranti. ”

“Excellent service from beginning. The free breakfast having a wide variety of items was a big highlight. The TV had very few streaming apps available and the remote was a little glitchy/slow. The coffee in the room could have used more of everything. Also, I couldn't find the ice buckets and had to use a pot from the kitchen.”

“First, the name of the hotel was incorrect. It was not the Palette, it was the OYO. Difficult to find. No signage about the name change. It was a 19-story building with one functioning elevator when we arrived. The next morning there no functioning elevators not even the service elevator. No signs on the elevators says they were not functioning. No number to call if you need help. No directions on how to exit the building. The stairwells said if you entered them you had to go to the first floor...
