“All the staff were friendly and helpful, room and amenities were clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Today was Mother’s Day and one of the staff members working the breakfast gave a rose to the mom guests - such a thought and appreciated gesture! Would definitely stay here again.”

My 1-day extension went well, even with a minor hiccup thru Expedia, which was resolved nicely. My room, while simple, had everything I needed and the bed and pillows were comfortable. “the room they gave us was windowless for some reason, they have the coffee setup in a way where its unusable unless you physically move furniture. its next to the fridge and tv and those are the only plugs available so you have to unplug one of them to plug in the coffee maker, the bathroom toilet was also acting up the minute we walked in.”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“The promo picture shows a breakfast area, but in the morning the room was locked. The room was nice and spacious, but the floor was dirty. There was a missing light bulb above the sink. The bathroom had visible mold in the grout. The heater had been removed and not been replaced. The towels were old and worn. The bed was sagging in the center. Although the AC was quiet, the fan could not be turned off (using up a lot of energy.)”
