“The staff was very friendly and it felt like home can't wait to come back for our next family trip.”

“I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid. I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes. After moving everything...

“The hotel room was well laid out. It had a sofa bed that was surprisingly comfortable and a king. Perfect for our family of three. The bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast had a ton of options for everyone and it was hot and fresh. Overall we would stay here again.”

“Hotel was nice , however we were very limited in the pool. They require guest to have a wristband for the pool area and my daughter had a few guest over for her birthday and they would not accommodate us with extra . They told me I would have to purchase an additional room. Which I have never experienced at previous hotel. The breakfast buffet was great though.overall the stay was ok”

“The Wi-Fi was completely non-functional in both the guest rooms and the business office. Despite bringing this to the front desk's attention multiple times, the staff was unable to resolve the issue. Additionally, one of the two key cards provided did not work. The room itself was disappointing, featuring an outdated interior and a bathtub with noticeable stains. Given the sub-standard conditions and lack of basic amenities, I cannot recommend this establishment.”

“This is a great hotel and we always enjoy our stay here. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and they do their best to accommodate rooom preferances whenever possible, depending on availability. My husband enjoys using the gym during our visits. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around the area. Because the hotel is near the highway, there can be some traffic noise, but with earplugs, it was not a problem for us.”

“We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm easy check in the problem was the restaurant is closed .. and we are hungry the restaurant nearby is a good block away and our schedule was tight .. no good food on vendo machine .. so we lunched on chips and soda Other than this the stay was okay”

“Would totally stay here again. Breakfast was great, staff was excellent, security cameras everywhere, parking easy. A lot of “riff-raff” guests but again, cameras everywhere. No a/c in our room so it was a bit stuffy. For the price and location it was worth it. ”
