“We spent our first night in the room 201 and moved to the room 241 for our second night. That room was filthy, the two queen beds were filled of bed bugs. I took some pictures and videos of the bed bugs scrolling in the beds.
We are very disappointed for spending $220.00 +tax per night in this hotel, and we worry for falling sick sleeping in this dirty room.

“Pack your own sheets... you might need them. We had barely checked into our room before we noticed black hair all over the floors and bathroom, making it pretty obvious the room hadn't been vacuumed well in who knows how long. Then, when I tucked my 7-year-old into bed, I found a bloody Band-Aid hidden under the blankets. Absolutely disgusting. It makes me wonder if the sheets and blankets were even changed between guests. The staff who helped us were incredibly kind and genuinely felt terrible,...

“It was very loud after 11pm. Slamming doors. People jigging the door handle, dogs barking. Bed smelled of urine and bathroom appeared to have mold on the wall by shower. Front desk not friendly at check in. Would have spent more somewhere else for a more comfortable stay.”

“Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and felt at home. HUGE SPACIOUS area for breakfast!! Even though my ac in the room sounded like it had a book with pages ruffling in it all week I didn’t care because the hotel was nice! And also, speaking of breakfast - the gentleman that ran the breakfast area during the week?? ABSOLUTE LEGEND! I’ve never seen someone more attentive and caring - I would stay here again just for his attention to detail and expertise! 10/10”
