“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“Pack your own sheets... you might need them. We had barely checked into our room before we noticed black hair all over the floors and bathroom, making it pretty obvious the room hadn't been vacuumed well in who knows how long. Then, when I tucked my 7-year-old into bed, I found a bloody Band-Aid hidden under the blankets. Absolutely disgusting. It makes me wonder if the sheets and blankets were even changed between guests. The staff who helped us were incredibly kind and genuinely felt terrible,...

“The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you.
