“We waited for 2 hours after check-in time to get our room. I had to wash my hair in the lobby bathroom for the concert we were going to so we could even make it. It was very unorganized ”

“We stayed at this property overnight while attending graduation at UF. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nicely but together with plenty of sitting area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the assortment was phenomenal. If we ever have need to return to Gainesville this is the place we will be staying.”

“Upon arrival, I approached the reception desk to check in. The receptionist asked me to step aside so he could assist the guest behind me, stating that I had additional questions. I agreed without issue. However, after assisting not only that guest but two additional guests while I was still waiting, I asked if he could please complete my check-in. “Parking was close to room. However, room was dirty, had mosquitos inside the room, shower was dirty. ”

“Thew staff was so nice - from the front desk to the housekeeper. The rooms are spotless, lobby and pool are very clean. Breakfasst was yummy. It was a pleasant stay and we will stay again if in the area.”

“A bit worn overall the lobby has some coffee and popcorn and lemon water which is nice , it’s a place to sleep , TV doesn’t work , bathrooms are clean but in poor condition ”
