“No one seemed to staff the breakfast at all. No hot items, machines not turned on. The hard boiled eggs were terrifying—all brown and dried out. There was hardly anything available to eat.
Also the tv in my room was not connected and had no service of any kind.”

“The house was neat and clean. although, I was told a couple hours before I got there that I couldn’t check in until 4 even though VRBO stated 3. They stated it was because the previous people left late. I drove 5 hours and really didn’t have anywhere I could waste my time. Also, bedrooms had flashing lights outside and we suggested room darkening shades.”

“Hot tub was cold. Room was very musty. She Took forever to get checked in. Front desk person on his phone the entire time I was wanting help. My 13 year old felt very unsafe. ”

“The room was spotless and beautiful - stocked with everything you could need. The complimentary snacks and beverages were such a thoughtful & welcomed touch - we drank ALL the water. The tea was wonderful!! I truly expect we will come back (hopefully without muddy boots)”
