“My experience at the Valada Hotel was very disappointing, mostly due to the poor service from the night desk staff. It started with discovering bed bugs in my first room. I was moved to another room immediately, but that second room had no network or Wi-Fi. When I reported it, the staff member said he would send someone, but no one ever came. “SCAM. Do not book this hotel via Expedia. They will not honor your booking and will rip you off. I lost several hundred euros doing so, and Expedia will not do anything to manage scammers on their platform. ”
