“Took 3 times before they gave me the correct key to my room. First time wrong key, second time wrong room as it had yet to be cleaned. 3rd time they got it Right. They overcharged my credit card so trying to get that sorted out. ”

“This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings...

“Brentwood Bay Resort is a beautiful property in a great location right on the marina, and only about 15 minutes from the Victoria airport. Even though we only stayed one night, it made a strong impression.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and it’s a bonus that all rooms face the bay. The views are lovely and really add to the experience. The property itself is well maintained, with great amenities including a spa, heated pool, saunas, and a hot tub.
