“This was an an enjoyable experience, particular for a sole traveller. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the proprietors were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast (which was very good food) was an enjoyable social experience meeting other guests that you do not tend to get with staying at a larger chain hotel. Very relaxing and quiet rural location, easy for getting out and visiting Ely or Cambridge. ”

“A lovely little building in Mildenhall. Certainly an historic building, and comes with the quirks of its age, but the team has done a brilliant job of adapting and making it up to date. Missing shampoo, and no hair dryer, but the bed was great and the shower fantastic. Kettle and tea bits were all I really needed :-). ”

“Stummbled across The Swan on a ramdom drive in Ely. The staff are very welcoming, took us to our room which was clean, spacious and inviting, the room was over looking a canal, which made it feel tranquil when sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking tea, in the robes provided. The bed was comfy, decent size walk in shower room too. Had an ibiza themed night when we stayed, so decent music. Would stay again. ”

“We decided at the last minute to break our journey on a bank-holiday weekend, from West Midlands to the East End of London and booked 'The Old School House Rooms' on chance and we were so pleased that we found them. “We were on a 3 week tour of England researching our family roots and history. We were purposely looking for stays in smaller villages/towns. This fit the bill perfectly. Our bedroom was comfortable, the shower hot and the food delicious. The staff couldn’t have been nicer - my wife even felt like maybe we had found long lost family. ”

"Hotel perfetto: in un minuto sei in stazione, con 3-4 bus diversi (che partono da davanti l’hotel) in neanche 10 minuti sei in centro a Cambridge. Sono arrivato alle 9 di mattina, facendomi registrare al loro portale, mi hanno concesso il check in anticipato gratuito. Camera che affacciava sulla stazione ma non si sentiva una mosca. Pulita, spaziosa e letto ultra comodo. Personale sempre pronto. La migliore esperienza avuta con Ibis "

"Struttura eccezionale. Camere molto belle ben dotate e pulite. Colazione molto fornita. Unico punto negativo è la mancanza di un parcheggio della struttura o convenzionato con essa. Si può parcheggiare nel parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria ma il costo è assolutamente sproporzionato. "
