Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay at our park, Sachin. We are sorry for any discomfort caused by the cockroaches and frogs around the park. We understand that encountering cockroaches and other local wildlife can be a concern for some guests, especially in our beautiful but wildlife-rich corner of Far North Queensland. The tropical climate and environment can sometimes lead to these unwanted visitors, despite our best efforts to control them. Please rest assured that we take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, and the presence of these creatures does not reflect a lack of cleanliness on our part. We constantly strive to maintain our accommodations to the highest standards. We do have regular pest control services to minimise their presence, however, they can occasionally find their way into our cabins. We understand that your comfort and peace of mind during your stay are essential to you. We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced and understand your concerns. We are also aware of the issues with the curtains in the cabins and we will be replacing all broken curtains and blinds. We appreciate your understanding of this matter, and we hope to see you again in the future.
