“I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. Our room had no bath towels, there was a small used towel left on the bathroom floor, and it was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly. The beds didn't appear to have fresh linens, which was very concerning. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we brought these issues to their attention. “Rented 2 small rooms as they were $80 each and we were only staying for a short night before driving again. Broken AC in one room, ants in another, dirt in corners, lots of scuffs inside and outside the property, mold in bathroom, broken window frames on multiple windows. Just an old neglected building with a landlord special on the cheap. Room was quiet.”

“The place is a true gem,the attention to detail is wonderful! I loved the little glasses in the bathroom to rinse after brushing one's teeth,the makeup remover wipes,nice toiletries,the bed very comfortable; I noticed also that there was a soft pillow and another more firm pillow to accommodate different preferences i guess,the room was immaculate. As for the staff,I didn't encounter anyone,I just had contact with someone over text,and I didn't try the food either. Now the cons: No outlet or...

“Our room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations for sights and dinner. We loved the wonderful breakfast, homemade cookies and complementary charcuterie and wine every day was just what we needed. Churchill Manor is a beautiful place to stay. We will definitely be back.”

“Breakfast was okay. Coffee is good. Only complaint we really had was about the pool. Indoor pool is clean and area maintained, but it is hard to use because it is an indoor pool with so much chlorine that that that atmosphere burns your eyes.”

“Elm House Inn is only 1 mile from downtown Napa and about the same distance from the Napa Outlets. Clean and quiet with a beautiful courtyard full of plants and flowers. Perfect place yo relax with friends or read a book. All the staff is very friendly and personable. Yummy breakfast is served with fresh pastries, eggs and sausage/bacon. Sister hotel across the street offers a nice happy hour. It’s my go to when I stay in Napa.”
