“The hotel was ok overall. I think they were short staffed so rooms didn't get cleaned properly and the breakfast was always out of something (But it was included so cant really complain). The staff was friendly and nice but issues kept arising, for example, they couldn't make us key cards when we arrived (we have digital key through the app so it was fine). “I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn other families. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool because we were traveling with three young children. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was closed. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second time in two months that we've encountered this issue. At no point before arrival were we notified, and the website continued advertising amenities that were unavailable....
