“Room could have been cleaned and maintained better. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and toilet paper roll holder was broken. The refrigerator leaked water onto the shelves. Bare feet, foot prints in the shower when we arrived. Manager not that concerned about deficiencies.”

“Location is about 1-2 miles away from the ocean so no "ocean view". We stayed a week prior to the "summer" season starting so parking was easy and close to your room. The rooms, grounds and amenities were extremely clean and well taken care of. Office staff were friendly and very helpful - tended to a small problem right away and very accommodating. Access to the highway and nearby stores was easy - but here again, a bit off-season, I would definitely stay there again.”

“If you hate beach sand under your toes this is not the place for you. Great location between Lewes and Rehoboth but not in heart of either. Decent breakfast buffet, room kept clean, lots of fresh towels. Quiet”

“I thought everyone was friendly. I came too late for breakfast and the waffles were gone.”

“This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless.”

“Breakfast menu was fresh. However there were no options for folks who are lactose intolerant and for those who only eat scrambled egg whites. Also, the room was clean except for the few spider webs in the corners of the walls. ”

“Really loved our stay! Only complaints were: Curtains don’t cover patio door and balcony lights are on 24/7 - NOT GOOD for sleeping! Wifi was disabled before we checked out.”
