I liked the closeness to work I didnt like the noise all night long the dirty gross bed linen that needed changed talked to front desk kiosh and said he would take care of it it never happened until the next night i came in and found housekeeper myself

I stayed there many Many times never had a problem tell jan 39 saying that the last time I was there which couple ago I broke a TV $150 to deposit... I didn't have a hundred fifty dollars deposit for me to stay so they turned me told me they couldn't refund the room i alteady paid for they Told me to Call Expedia so I reached out to them. And they called it motel And they refused to refund it.... I am a professional in the community. There is no way would have broke a tv and if some reason i had i would have been acountable...They can show me non prove videos anything I think that housekeeping I'm myself or that the people that sneak in there at night You didn't know sta0

Stayed here for 2 nights and never saw a single employee. Not exaggerating. Not one time did I see an employee. Even the "front desk clerk" is not an actual person; its a kiosk that connects you to someone overseas. Blankets have cigarette burns. Tv remote batteries are held in by tape. Light switches are BLACK (as in so dirty they are black). Room numbers are handwritten on the walls beside the door. Nowhere in the hotel smells clean. Again, no exaggeration. The room smelled like it had been vacant for a long time. The hallways smell like cigarettes and body odor and the lobby somehow smells like a combination of both. Everything is outdated and worn down except for the flat screen tv in the room...which didnt even get the weather channel. Money should've been invested in repairing and updating the building, instead of paying for that kiosk. If they're aren't going to do that then they should tear the hotel down our sell it to someone that will actually care for the property. The only plus was the fact that the hotel was so empty that it was quiet both day and night.

Strangest motel I've stayed. No vehicles in parking area. No on site receptionist. Checked in on computer terminal that had live person on screen. Felt like no one in motel. Room was freshly painted, clean. TV was not hooked up. Plugged in and attached cable. Poor reception. Slept well and no vehicles when I left in am. Felt unsafe?? No hot coffee or snacks. Weird.

Kiosk check in. no one else on property including other guests, front door open to anyone, stairs and elevator very dirty, security lock on assigned room broken, WIFI for only 5 minutes every hour, cold morning coffee, sign saying staff available 24 hours by dialing "0", no answer to repeated calls (next am kiosk staff admitted phones not working), no room cleaning despite 2 days stay, cockroaches, room numbered by pieces of masking tape on doors

The cleaning staff that was on site friday and saturday night were awesome. I had a pet so the lady went and found me some old towels to clean up the snow tracked in and to wipe off my dog. They also had the place spotless!! They were perfect! What i didnt like is there was not a front desk person available in person. The kiosk screen used to get checked in wasnt bad but because there was no one there at thw front desk, the hotel had people walking in off the street that didnt have rooms booked there. 2 sleeping in the stairwell. Begging money from people. Approaching us inside and outside. The cleaning lady was trying to get them to leave but thwy kept coming back. At 2am she was trying to get one to leave and he was screaming at her. I walked out of my room to make sure of her safety. This should not be her problem to deal with. Im sure she doesnt get paid to run transients out of the hotel. The supervision and lack of front desk staff will make me not stay there again. Good idea with the try on the kiosk, but NO! Doesnt work. You need to give the cleaning staff a bonus for the crap she had to deal with and you need to have a live person at the front desk. Thats how hotels work.

Price and availability were the only pluses. Had to use a kiosk to check in and it took a long time. The room was more like a prison cell than a motel. No carpet, window screens torn, no cups to be found anywhere, no ice machine, no vending machines, no coffee available, burn holes in the covers, and the place stunk. I’ll never be back.

There was no front service workers. Only a digital kiosk that had a live person checking you in. The jotel halls were a bit dirty and room was fine.

Several things did NOT work, requiring switch of Room shortly aft’ check-in, their attempts to fix several things being unsuccessful. Fire Alarm beeps with Failing Battery in 2Nd Room, also after attempts, NOT just a failing a battery. Such needing replacement parts taking many days to receive.

Not a 6 in my book.
First thing we didn’t appreciate was the virtual check-in process. You check in on a video screen. That’s all well and good but if you need to talk to someone on-site you’re out of luck. We needed an extra towel and wanted to know is there were any hair dryers but could never get anyone to answer the phone. Other than that the beds were fine but the cover had lots of burn holes. No amenities like shampoo😕 and the bathroom fan could wake the next room. The price might be good but expectations should be low.

Pleasantly Surprise
Was pleasantly surprised for a motel. Clean and convenient to where I wanted to be. Checkin was a bit different by a video but overall service and courtesy was not lost. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Price per night was also budget friendly.

The front desk is a machine with a nice guy on a tv screen. That was the reception. An unfriendly girl entered behind the desk but never said a word. Floors to enter the building and the hallway were filthy. Thankfully the room was fairly clean, bed fairly comfortable, and price was right, but it was really noisy since it backed up to freeway.

Not much close by for food or entertainment of any sort. Kiosk checkin/out takes quite a bit longer than dealing with a live person. Booked a queen bed, we had a full but were too tired to change once we got there. Overall, room was fine since we were only really there to sleep but the whole property could use a good deep cleaning. It was reasonable for the price but wouldn’t stay here again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Building is under construction, room was dirty, there were soft spots in the floor like you could fall through if you tried hard enough. The TV didn’t work and the shower curtain smelled like urine. No front desk person, they have a kiosk with someone working remotely that talks to you. Just overall a terrible experience. Just spend the money to stay somewhere decent.

Don't waste your money, stay somewhere else.
This hotel was so run down and completely dirty. The floor was disgusting and looked like it had not been vacuumed in years. We had to change rooms as soon as we checked in because the room was dirty with old blood stains in the pillow case, urine in the toilet and someones drinking cup in the bathroom. Our second room was a little better but the bathroom drain ran so slow and the bathroom, overall, just looked dirty. The towels were gray and old. The room numbers were written on masking tape and stuck on the doors. There was just a big empty space were the ice machine should of been. Overall, just a really dirty and run down place.

Clean hotel, otherwise not great
Hotel was clean and fine for a quick night of sleep. The check in at the kiosk is uncomfortable with a cold, unfriendly guy who is hard to understand. The TV remote didn't work and the pool was closed with outside temps above 100. It worked for our family but not somewhere I would go again unless I have to.

Meh....
The pool,washer and dryer, and vending machines were out of order ,room was clean but people banging on walls to do repairs is NOT acceptable when trying to sleep ..This property needs to be in FULL working order before I will stay here again !!!

Property has no staff on site, checkin and checkout handled by a rude person on a computer screen remotely. on top, the room was dirty and there were ants throughout the room in the morning. i understand it's a cheap hotel, but come on, try harder.
