We have refunded funds back to Expedia and since you originally paid Expedia for the rooms hence the matter is between you and Expedia. Unfortunately there is not much we can do but we certainly don’t want you to think that we are holding your funds and playing games.Thank you,

Good for one night. Clean. Spa and pool was closed. My room key had to be fixed three times because it wouldn't open the door. No elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was worse than nothing. Dry tasteless eggs, soggy potatoes. Waffle iron timer didn't work therefore they were overcooked. Even the name brand yogurt was tasteless. The only thing worth eating was the butter and the strawberry cream cheese. For some reason the architect or the builder decided to put the light switches on the outside of bathroom and on the hinge side of the door, very inconveniently.

Hi Michael,I understand the concern and disappointment but it is clearly mentioned that we only accept DOGS as pets, nothing against being Cat owners but it’s just becoming more like a new normal where more and more hotels have stopped accepting cats. As a common courtesy we have allowed free cancellation and haven’t charged you anything for the reservation being canceled at the last moment. Hope you would appreciate the kind gesture.

So no taj mahal, remember your not paying even over $100, so for an inexpensive night, breakfast, for what it is, not a bad place or deal Stay again? Yeah probably, i price shop, so that rules everything I will say, at the time we were there, breakfast was not good But room was good , clean even though place was dated

Probably not staying here next time.
There was a strong smell of cleaner (fabulosa?) in the entry that bothered me. The room had some cosmetic things that need repaired. The air conditioner woke me all night it was so loud. The bathroom floor made my feet and the bath mat black when stepped on while we. Breakfast was OK, but a bit lacking. The towel are was cute.

Our go to in the Manhattan area
We stay here 1-2 times a year when we attend Kansas State games. Much cheaper than Manhattan and 15 minutes away. Over the years it's been extremely clean with a great and friendly staff. We will continue to stay here. Rates are great too!

Amazing people, Nice little place.
They were the most amazing people i have seen so far in my travel (2 months). They were kind, friendly, taking the lead to respond to my needs, very accomodating because I was alone with my motocycle, and smily as soon as we enter in the hotel. I would recommend it without any hesitations. Clean place and nice pool, good and complete breakfast.
