“We were in a unit with full kitchen, separate bedroom, washer and dryer. It was quiet and had a good bed. I am alergic to dustmites and expect to suffer in beds used for commmercial purpose. This was the first hotel i can remember that did not trigger my allergies. The staff was personable and provided suggestions about ammenities in the neighborhood.”

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful!!! Such current, stylish decor and a beautiful view of the harbor across the street out our big windows! (Steps above any other place I researched to stay in the area.) The owner was so sweet to stock the studio apartment with extra snacks and drinks for us to enjoy! “Shangri-La met our needs for a couple days in Juneau. The whole unit is very big. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is great, and I loved that it had a washer/dryer. The sitting area is just ok but it could use a chair. Also, it was not made clear in the amenities that it does not have a regular stove and oven. It has a double cooktop you need to get out of a drawer and a single burner cooktop. They do not heat up like a regular stove. They do have a pretty big toaster...
