Called Expedia to complain and they said a refund would be at the discretion of the motel. They said it would be up to us to work it out with a motel but they would advocate for us.”

Some negative aspects were that our microwave oven did not have a glass plate (I don't know if it was intentional), and the room wasn't really that soundproof, so there were moments you could hear people coming in and out of their rooms or the elevator.
