“We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. “機械式のチェックイン・チェックアウトなので、オープンなフロントはない。また、Webサイトも無いため、初めての宿泊では戸惑う。 ホテル到着時、文字も読めず、どうして良いかわからず困っていたら、スタッフ（する番？）の方が出てきて、チェックイン手続きをしてくれました。 部屋の中はオンドルで暖かく、清潔です。冷蔵庫やキッチン、自動洗濯機、ポット、WiFi、テレビがあります。広いです。 バスタブはなく、シャワーしかありませんが、安価なので、十分です。 すぐ脇にスーパーもあり、飲食店やコンビニは近くにたくさんあります。 天帝滝には歩いて五分くらい、とても便利でした。”

“5박하는 동안 직원을 한번도 못 봤습니다. 특별히 요청할 사항은 없었지만 매일 밤 술에 취해 돌아다니는 남자들이 있었고, 어떤 날은 술에 취했는데 피까지 흘리던 사람이 횡설수설하며 말을 걸어 까무라쳤습니다. 직원이 없으니 이런 손님들에 대한 제지가 전혀 되지 않아 너무 불편했습니다. 밤~새벽 시간에는 직원이 있어야할 것 같습니다. 나머지 위치, 청결도는 너무 좋았어요.”

“The hotel is near the ICC about five minutes walking..the staff is friendly and kind they have a unique concept of the guest...the rooms are really clean everyday they will clean the room and change the towels...you just can love this hotel and the people inside...I suggest if you arrive in the airport to take the 600 airport limousine bus and stop to the ICC.”

“I booked this hotel for the reviews I had read. Unfortunately I do not think people have any idea what it is like to stay in a 4 star hotel, this is not for sure unless it costs. Unacceptable to spend 18 euros for two cafes at the bar ... unacceptable to send a t-shirt to wash and return spotted ... unacceptable not to provide general directions (pool opening times, breakfast times, etc ...) little staff friendliness if not the "usual" smiles of convenience ... poor professionalism ... Room...
