“The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!”
