“Beautiful property ”

“The room was lovely. Very clean and spacious. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very nice. The hotel is conveniently located. ”

“This hotel is the perfect location? Walking distance to all the major attractions. Right next to the byward market. And Pablo (I believe was his name at the front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate me for an early check in. Pleasant stay. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“Good Hotel, Nice personnel at the reception (I don't think I've seen teh same person twice in a 4 days stay). Nice room (17th floor), minimalist decor, the espresso machine in the room was a great surprise. Overall a very good stay. Only, minor, issue I feel I could report is that the lights in the bathroom are very dim, making it hard to shave precisely (there was a magnifying mirror, but that got even less light). Definitely looking this place up first should I get back to Ottawa.”

“La stanza molto ampia, confortevole e pulita. Posizione centrale e parcheggio proprio a fianco all’albergo. Colazione non con molta scelta ma accettabile. Lo staff cordiale, in particolare Jerome.”

“The Swiss Hotel was charming with unexpected amenities, like curling tongs in the bathroom, a multi port charging station by the bed, and a full length mirror. It also had a coffee maker, robes, and small fridge. The coffee in the morning was welcome and the common area was large, quirky and well furnished. The drawbacks are no elevator and the area around the property felt a little unsafe. It is however a quick walk to the market, National Art Gallery and Parliament. ”

“It was a pleasant hotel. Definitely caters to an older clientèle but that also meant a private swim in the pool. ”

“L’hotel si trova in posizione centrale. L’appartamento è molto grande e dotato di ogni comfort. Non ho lasciato 5 stelle solo perché la vasca da bagno non era pulita come il resto dell’unità. Le parti comuni sono molto belle. La comunicazione è splendida: semplice ed intuitiva.”

“veramente bello l'edificio ed in zona super veramente vicino a tutto ma check in da incubo non riescono a gestire l'arrivo delle auto con ingorgo sia al valet che al banco”

“Camera grande, pulita, due bei letti king, piscina coperta! A mezz’ora di autobus dal centro. Colazione varia e molto buona, un po’ piccola la sala colazioni rispetto alla quantità di camere per cui abbiamo trovato sempre un po’ di confusione. Parcheggio gratuito.”

“Siamo stati solo una notte e siamo stati molto bene, avevamo una stanza molto grande con 2 letti ad una piazza e mezza. Ottima posizione in pieno centro. ”
