“My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you .”

“Per una notte di passaggio va benissimo Tutto sommato la camera era pulita, ma il bagno lasciava a desiderare "molto" Il frigo NON lo aprite nemmeno potreste rimanere scioccati La cosa positiva e che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dall'aereoporto di Gatwick quindi pur di dormire fuori va bene se ci si adatta ovviamente ”

“Arrived at a pitch black compound with no lighting, had to rely on my phone's flashlight. My son FELL DOWN in the darkness. Called the service number for help and was basically told 'other guests managed, so you should too'. Not only is this unsafe, it's unacceptable customer service. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”

The bath drain was also blocked, something the hotel already seems aware of, as I later saw similar complaints in online reviews. It was disappointing to realise we had been given a room with an issue that had clearly been reported before. The staff were also quite unfriendly and unwelcoming.
