“I hosted a small ceremony as my wife and I decided to elope. We chose this place due to the location. With that being said, I had reserved the patio for our ceremony in advance and I was told they could accommodate. With that being said, I got there and Anita was the only bright spot on our special day. She was the front desk representative and made sure that we were taken care of best of her ability. The other staff members were not so helpful and for some reason weren’t aware of my reservation...

“We liked everything about your hotel. Pretty special, to be down town, so close to everything. My only complaint, would be getting my luggage from the parking garage to the East Tower. Three elevators, and a Sky Bridge. I should have used Valet parking.”

“Breakfast was good. Would have preferred bacon everyday. Grandson wanted waffles. Pool was cold and needed cleaned. Breakfast staff was awesome”

“The room was rather small, and the sink was not inside of the bathroom area, which made it inconvenient to get ready in the morning while my family slept however, it was clean and conveniently located to where I needed to go”

“I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like...
