Addetti alla reception molto disponibili per il ceck-in anticipato e nel cambio della camera per aggiunta di un nuovo ospite. Buona anche la colazione, sebbene pagata per tre notti ma usufruite tutte.”

“Excellent location and service. The room was small and didn’t have space to open our luggages. It’s 12 mins walk to Gandantegchinlen Monastery. Hotel staff got us a taxi to the Winter Palace of Bogd Khan, Last Emperor of Mongolia. We had a nice time. Thank you. ”

“The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. Wonderful rooms, clean, confortable, silent, with city views. Good wifi. We had some problem to find the English TV channels and it was immediately resolved by Mr. Zahid Chowdhury, the General Manager, who is a gentle and helpful person. About the Recepcion, our Check Out was quick and the boy was very gentle. But the Check In was not good because the woman in the Recepcion was not welcoming, not even a smile or a Good Afternoon, just orders and...

“일행들이 전부 각자 일정을 가졌는데 로비 카운터에서 열쇠를 맡아줘서 일정에 문제가 안되어 좋았습니다. 체크아웃날 아침 일찍 투어가 예정되어 숙소측에 부탁하니 조식을 원래 시간보다 앞당겨주어 조식서비스도 받을 수 있어서 좋았습니다.”

“L'Hotel e' situato in posizione centralissima. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite. Il personale e' professionale e cordiale. La colazione a buffet e' adeguata rispetto al suo standard. Ottimo e gratuito il servizio navetta per l'aereoporto (risparmiate piu' 20 euro)”

“Worst experience I've ever had travelling abroad. I paid for the breakfast but every morning it was either late (it was supposed to be served at 7am but never happened before 8.30am) or not available. It was impossible to adjust room temperature, there were old seprate taps in the shower and most personell didn't speak English. One night some strangers entered my room with another key: the day after I asked the reception to check what happened (there was CCTV) but they did nothing.”

“체크인 시간이 늦었지만 안내를 잘 해줘서 좋았습니다. 직원들이 영어나 한국어를 하지 못해 번역기로 대화했습니다. 매일 2병의 작은 물을 줍니다. 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 청소를 해주지 않아 별도로 요청해야 했습니다. 수압 문제인지 샤워기 문제인지 물살이 약합니다. 전체적으로는 만족했습니다.”

“Loved everything except the room was very hot without Aircon and the Aircon was even at the lowest setting made the room cold , again just a small gripe for an overall pleasant experience.”

“今回6泊しましたが料金がドミトリーで13000円程でしたが現地で90000トゥグルク(約3500円)で個室に出来ましたので実質16500円ほどで6泊個室で泊まれました！破格です！ 内装は綺麗で特に目立った汚れなどはなく清潔でした！ ですが入り口が少し複雑だったり鍵で扉を開けるのが難しかったりと旅慣れていてとにかく寝れればいい！という方にはとっておき！ オーナーさんも親切で少しだけ日本語が通用するのとウランバートル市内のバスの乗り方やおすすめのスポットを教えてくれます！”
