“A la llegada decían que no tenía reservación siendo que hasta pagada ya estaba , en 19 noches jamás hicieron aseo a la habitación y en repetidas ocasiones solicité se realizara aunque tuviera costo extra y se limitan en decir si ya está programado y jamás llegaba ese día. Tuve que solicitar cambio de toallas y sábanas directamente en recepción en dos ocasiones al ver la negativa del aseo.”

“This is a one-time grand hotel that has aged not-that-well. The outer facade is in desperate need of a makeover, or at least a paint job.. The hotel seems understaffed (I had to leave a message with room service) and the restaurant workers tried their best but seemed overwhelmed by the volume (and it wasn't even nearly at capacity). The location is unbeatable but it would behoove them to do a serious rehab….”

“This was a quaint and affordable stay in a great location. We were in Kansas City for a college visit. The location was close to UMKC and also shopping and restaurants. We stayed in the carriage house, top floor. It was spacious and deliciously air conditioned. Will definitely stay here again when in KC.”

“Smell cigar or humidity was terrible, Breakfast is really bad when I went was early around 8:30 is not coffee not juice nothing only cereal and milk we purchase breakfast for a good coffee at least. I did not recommended this place”
