“The hotel was terrible, the staff was terrible, and music started playing at night, but I couldn't do anything because I didn't understand which room it was playing in. I was told to call the reception in such cases. The situation repeated itself, at 5:24 a.m. the music started playing again, I tried to contact the staff, no one answered me. If you are looking for a quiet place, I do not recommend it, you will not sleep here.”

The host of Travelstaycation notified me of a mistake with the address and that the apartment was at a different location than what was on my confirmation. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions. “The parking was really easy and free! It was very easy to communicate with our hosts and they responded to everything we needed. It was a comfortable room and quiet. I wish our room hadn't been right outside the coffee making machine but it ended up that there was plenty of privacy. The location was perfect. ”

“These are the most spacious hotels and we always try to stay at one. This one was convenient, clean, very nice staff, and great breakfast. Only downfall was thin walls and floors. We had kids stomping and jumping on beds all day and night and once they left, there was a barking dog. My recommendation would be to put families with young children on the first or second floor and designate rooms for those with pets so other guests aren't subject to barking dogs.”
