“Pro: hotel is huge and really beautiful; room was great with everything we needed and staff was very kind and professional; taxis are just outside the hotel and the metro is 5 minutes by feet. Cons: it's far from places for young people like Shibuya, so if you plan to stay out over midnight you'll have to catch a taxi to get back, which may get quite expensive (from 15€ to 40€ in my experience); wifi in room is not free.”

“In front of Shinagawa station. a really strategic position for business and leisure. Hotel is really comfortable and the staff is taking good care of the guest. i did not use services, but the room was really comfortable, the air conditioning is easily adjustable to every guest pleasure, easy to manage the room temperature in a fast way. Bed is really confortable, i had a great sleep. bathroom was really clean and well equipped.”

“Ho approfittato di un'offerta e ho prenotato una suite vista baia per 4 giorni. Uno dei pochi hotel che ha superato le aspettative. La struttura bellissima e modernissima , la suite splendida (vista fantastica, enorme e dotata di ogni comfort), il personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta (tra i responsabili di sala anche un italiano molto attento professionale e cordialissimo). “J'ai pû accéder sans surcoût à ma chambre qui était prête avant l'heure du check-in, un grand merci au personnel présent pour cela. Hôtel très calme et très bien équipé. TV, bouilloire et micro-onde dans la chambre ainsi qu'une salle de bain privative avec baignoire. Option fumeur disponible. Je recommande le Flexstay Inn Sugamo, merci encore pour votre accueil. ”
