Grazie”

“Our room was large, felt luxurious, and had an amazing panoramic views of the Shinjuku area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved their lounge. Our experience there was a 10/10! We also dined at their Teppan Ten-yu restaurant and it was also outstanding.”

“Personale molto professionale e cortese. Super top. ”

“Wonderful place, Waki at the reception is the best and most professional person then i’ve ever see. Top, I recommend 100% this Hotel”
