“Everything is there as promised, as in the listing. Few things needs to be taken care of like the washroom needs a shower curtain and there's is a strong unpleasant odour everytime you enter the room but it disappears in few minutes kinda of wired. ”

“Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms.”

“The stay was great, the place is wonderful with an amazing design and very calm. Beautiful view on the lake and great food. We were very content with everything. Unfortunately, then we had a bit of a bad aftertaste - during the stay we wanted to pay but the service informed us it was already paid. We didn’t think much about it since we don’t track every 100€. After check out they messaged us that it wasn’t paid after all - I checked it and it was true. I of course agreed to transfer the money...

The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet. The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. “It is a newer hotel in the area, and the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their professionalism truly made a difference. The 3-star rating is mainly because the kitchen smell was lingering in the room corridor, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the pillows were very thick, and the hotel did not have thinner options available. This made our sleep uncomfortable and caused neck...

“L'hôtel semble récent mais malheureusement, il y a un manque d'entretien (piles usagées dans les télécommandes et robinet mal fixé au lavabo par exemple). Proche de la gare (20 miy). Belle chambre. Problème dans l'annonce concernant le petit déjeuner qui est marqué inclus mais qu'il faut payer... (C'était un de nos critères de recherche) Très belle chambre et bo”
