Ti godrai il relax in questa spaziosa residenza cittadina situata sul primo fairway del campo da golf Fazio presso il Turtle Bay Resort! Splendide viste sul campo da golf con vista sull'oceano subito dopo il campo da golf. Potresti persino vedere alcuni cavalli al pascolo in lontananza! Ingresso recintato alle Kuilima Estates West e alle guardie di sicurezza in loco. Viene fornito con un parcheggio assegnato. Ha anche bancarelle per gli ospiti. Il complesso si trova sulla linea degli autobus, quindi se non hai un'auto a noleggio puoi comunque accedere al resort! Questa è una casa completamente arredata con asciugamani, biancheria da letto, prodotti da cucina, ecc. Basta portare i vestiti e lo spazzolino da denti! C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità se necessario! È possibile acquistare generi alimentari nel negozio Foodland situato vicino alla baia di Waimea o nella città di Laie. L'hotel dispone anche di ristoranti e ce n'è anche uno presso la club house / negozio di golf. Questa casa è a circa 45-60 minuti dall'aeroporto di Honolulu.
La casa è al secondo piano (senza ascensore) che consente una vista migliore e si affaccia sull'oceano. La zona giorno ha una grande Smart TV, Split AC, si apre su un lanai coperto. La camera da letto principale ha un bel letto king size, ampio armadio, tv a schermo piatto, aria condizionata, ventilatore, lampade. La camera da letto in stile loft ha due letti full size, ventilatore, lampada e aria condizionata split. Il bagno principale ha una combinazione doccia vasca e il bagno nel soppalco ha una doccia. La cucina ha una stufa / forno, cappa a microonde, frigorifero con macchina del ghiaccio e lavastoviglie. È completamente fornito di stoviglie, utensili, pentole e padelle, tostapane, caffettiera, frullatore. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice in casa.
Ci sono boogie board, attrezzatura per lo snorkeling e racchette da tennis per il vostro uso. Il complesso dispone di 3 piscine per il vostro uso, campi da tennis. È inoltre possibile noleggiare biciclette, cavalli, ciclomotori, tavole da surf, attrezzatura da golf nella zona dell'hotel o in Haleiwa.

This was the perfect location and condo for our family of 5 to explore the North Shore for a few days. Condo is spacious and clean and equipped with all you could ask for: snorkling gear, skim boards, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.It is located centrally so you can call it a home base to explore La'ie and the PCC on one side and all the great beaches on the other side.Although we stayed 4 nights, we did not have enough time to take advantage of all this location has to offer, like tennis, pickleball, and more.Jo Ann was great when it came to communicating info about check-in, check-out, and answering all of our other questions.I highly recommend it, and we will rent again when staying at the North Shore.

The place was perfect and exactly as advertised. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful.

Overall, we had a great time in Oahu and at this condo. We loved the area...even swam with a sea turtle! :) JoAnn was a great host who communicated well with us and even checked in mid-week to see if all was well. The loft bathroom had a low ceiling and short shower, which was unexpected. My sons are over 6 feet tall but we made it work. The condo was updated with nice finishes but some maintenance cleaning needs to be done. It was off-putting to arrive and see many fans in all rooms with caked on dust as well as caked on dust on bathroom vanities. The routine cleaning of vacuuming, wiped counters, clean toilets and showers etc was good, however.

We loved our four night stay here. The access to pools, North Shore beaches and many excursions made this a hit for the whole family. The house had all the necessary stuff to allow us to make it home. The owner was very communicative and easy to reach. If we’re ever back on Oahu we will stay again.

We enjoyed Spring Break here with our children. The condo was a central location to the north shore and east side activities that we had scheduled. Multiple fans and A/C units kept us nice and cool. This well stocked condo was a comfortable home away from home!

This is our 3rd visit to the island and 2nd to Turtle bay. Love the quiet area. Condo was wonderful, clean, well stocked with necessities for day to day and lots of snorkels for the kids to use. Pool was great as well.

Absolutely no issues, wonderful location, the condo was just as described, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook, washer and dryer was a welcomed convenience, the bedrooms were adequate, bathrooms were stocked sufficiently, even had beach toys i.e. snorkels, boogie boards coolers etc. the swimming pool was wonderful, heated . Jo ann the owner was wonderful , never met her, but answered all my annoying e mails in a timely manner 😉 Highly recommend this condo, it’s on the Turtle Bay resort, restaurants within walking distance, Foodlands are only 5 miles away to the East or West. 10 minute walk to the beach, and beautiful sunsets!!

Was a great week in paradise. Accommodations were ideal for our family. Updated in a very smart and modern look. Lots of water toys to use and a great golf course view from the private balcony. Bird watching galore!. Very comfortable and highly recommended

So many special touches that really make it easy...like a big beach basket holding 5 great beach towels and oodles of choices for goggles, snorkels and toys! Our family of 5 fit so nicely into the rooms. We loved everything. Thanks so much!

Easy walking distance to the beach or drive if you prefer. Everything you need is in the condo. Either the kitchen or a trip to the beach. Foodland is 5 miles away. The area around the condo is quiet. No leaf blowers too. We would stay here again.

We loved this condo. Location is easy--so walkable. The 2 beds upstairs was key for us, as was the 2nd bathroom upstairs. The upstairs bathroom wouldn't work for a bunch of giants, as the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom max'd out at about 6' but worked great for us. Clean. Decent beds. The upstairs AC was critical for the nights, but otherwise, the breezes did the job. So well stocked with multiple snorkels, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, sand toys if you have kids with you. etc. Would stay here again!

The property was excellent. Extremely clean, supplied, and comfortable. The owner was very accessible and accommodating. The area is perfect. We used this as our base when we explored the North Shore and we were able to utilize the Turtle Bay beaches. We also booked some activities through the resort. Highly recommend!
