K'orca Cottage vicino al mare

Carino cottage sul mare - proprietà fronte oceano, che si trova a South Bay, Kaikoura. Ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo con vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulle montagne. Ha un grande ponte coperto.
Vicino a numerosi sentieri che includono l'inizio della straordinaria passeggiata Peninsulare. Kaikoura Golf Couse - 5 minuti di macchina.
Camminare verso una spiaggia balneabile sicura o fare immersioni subacquee al largo della spiaggia. Ottimo posto per andare in bicicletta. A pochi passi dal dominio South Bay. Parco giochi per bambini una casa di distanza sullo stesso lato della strada.
5 minuti in auto da ristoranti / pub o camminare 20 minuti in borgata di Kaikoura. O utilizzare il servizio di taxi.
A pochi passi dalle rampe per barche / Whale Watch Marina.
Rilassati e divertiti a guardare le imbarcazioni Dolphin Encounter e Whale Watch che si dirigono verso il mare.
Potresti essere fortunato e vedere i delfini nuotare nella baia dal ponte, numerosi periodi dell'anno.
Proprietà completamente recintata con cancello. Wifi gratuito / Sky TV. Panca per la pulizia del pesce all'esterno. 2 kayak e giubbotti di salvataggio disponibili per l'uso.

Awesome stay

Everything you could ever want is here :) It was all so neat and tidy. It is a lovely, quiet location. To open up the curtains in the morning to the ocean and the Southern Alps is just breathtaking, not to mention seeing dolphins in the bay as well. It was a shame to have to go home and we would definitely want to stay here should we ever be down that way again. An absolutely amazing place to stay :)

Best spot in Kaikoura

What a beautiful spot, we loved watching the whales and dolphins from the deck and even from the couch! House was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved being on the quiet side of Kaikoura with the peninsula walk a few minutes away. Gail was very accomodating and only a phone call away. Fantastic 10/10

A million dollar view.

This property has everything. The views are fantastic. There are books to read, furniture is comfortable. Beds are comfortable. So clean. You can sit, rest and day dream while looking at those gorgeous views, go for a stroll down main street or do one or more of the activities available to you. The seafood in this area is excellent. I would come back here in a heartbeat. The owner of the house was a phone call away and was very helpful. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you Gail.

Perfect wee spot

This is a really lovely wee bach in prime positioning in South Bay. The hosts were very attentive leading up to and the day we arrived to ensure we had all the information we needed. Not often you find a place that you can bring the dog along too so were very grateful to have a well fenced section and have the freedom to leave the dog there if we needed to. We would very happily stay again, thanks :)

Wonderful views

Loved staying at K Orca cottage. Very relaxing with wonderful views. Watched dolphins playing from the lounge windows and did a lot of walking. Plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of South Bay.

Beautiful quiet location.

We were super happy with the property and the location. Amazing views of the bay and mountains. The Bach has everything you need for a comfy stay. It’s a lovely walk through the reserve to get into town, or a quick drive has you there in a few minutes. Really couldn’t fault our stay. Kaikoura is a beautiful town and everyone there was super friendly.

Beautiful vistas.

We chose very well when selecting this bach. The views from the porches and the living room are gorgeous - it was worth coming to spend time relaxing there. And very comfortable armchairs and settee to do our gazing from. Thank you.

Check out that view!

The views from the deck and lounge are to die for. A tidy and cozy bach style house. A nice quiet place to enjoy Kaikoura from, with the water almost at your doorstep. Would stay again.

Perfect Spot and Lovely Cottage

Kaikoura encompasses all the beauty of New Zealand - rolling green hills, gorgeous farmland, beautiful beaches and snow-capped mountains. This cottage was the perfect spot to enjoy it. Clean, great views, great location, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lots of extra touches - soft sheets and pillowcases, heat lamp in shower room, blankets for staying warm on the spacious deck. You can tell this is a home as well as a rental property. We were so comfortable and relaxed staying here. Thank you!

Marvelous time!

We loved our stay from the first to last minute. The bach has everything you need, it´s very clean and we were greated with lovely flowers. The views are amazing, we even saw dolphins in the distance from the deck. Great walking to the seal colony and having kayaks to use and lifewests in different sizes was fantastic. Thanks so much!
