Condominio assoluto all'oceano all'ultimo piano con un grande lanai (balcone) che offre una vista ancora più grande. Situato all'ultimo piano di un edificio di quattro piani, questo attico sull'oceano vanta viste di prima classe, nonché un'eccellente vicinanza a Kona Town e tutte le attività. Balene, surfisti e tartarughe marine giganti tutti visti direttamente dal lanai!

4 camere da letto in totale con 2 di quelle camere da letto che sono padroni di casa che sono di fronte all'oceano con accesso a lanai di fronte all'oceano.
Grande piano piano aperto con cucina aggiornata e un sacco di spazio per intrattenere e conversare. Viste da ovunque mentre ti muovi in questa grande sala.

Piano piano perfetto per 2 famiglie o una riunione di famiglia. 2 camere da letto su entrambi i lati della grande sala - area comune.

Cavalca le onde a Magic Sands Beach e goditi uno snorkeling eccezionale e prendere il sole sulla spiaggia di Kahalu'u; entrambi a pochi minuti di distanza.

Spiaggia di sabbia bianca e grandi piscine proprio sulla proprietà. Guarda i surfisti quando il surf si alza dal tuo lanai.

Incredible viewBUT during our stay, there was a leak in the closet that resulted in a permanent stain of a skirt. I sent pictures and a request for 75 replacement compensation and no compensation or consideration for the unit repairs that occurred during our stay. The response was that they would discuss this but made no promises. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard.

Our favorite property of this vacation. Was worried by the reviews, and certainly aspects of the property were dated, but the beds were great and the view and location were fantastic. Bring white noise and earplugs for the back rooms as there is periodic traffic noise. Didn’t see any roaches. Good food in the area. AC was a nice touch. Would stay again.

VRBO was great, enough rooms to accomodate all of us and the 2 ocean facing rooms were beautiful. The kitchen was very handy so we could grocery shop. It was close to most of the excursions we wanted to do. There were games for downtime and also a lot of books to learn about the area. Would 100% stay here again.

The view from the balcony was mesmerizing...we spent most of our time while in the condo out there. There could be a little tlc but everything you could need was provided like beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, flippers, binoculars etc.....we didn't have to rent anything but a surfboard and a boogie board. Kitchen is well equipped and i really don't have any bad things to day. i would definitely rent there again.

Needs some work

We finished our 3 island holiday here, we are from Australia & were meeting American friends & this was the worst ending to our holiday. We could accept some of the dated features of the property but the maintenance is way off. The internal doors are impossible to slide with one of them needing you to put your full force into it and another not working at all. In one bathroom the downlight is missing with a lamp on the toilet as the replacement. A cupboard door is just leaning against the cupboard, wooden blinds are coming out of their tracks and the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a bad smell of mould and had to leave the fan on at all times to try and combat the smell. The tumble dryer damaged/tore some of the clothes as the lint filter is broken. The only positive was the incredible views from the balcony. We didn’t contact the property about it as these weren’t small issues that could be fixed in the time we were there.

Absolutely lovely location, spacious condo!

We stayed in this condo for a week (six nights), and our group included myself and my husband, our two teenage kids (18 and 15) and my older (75) parents. We had a wonderful time, and absolutely loved our stay. Yes, the condo is dated, but everything is perfectly functional and we had no issues. Yes, we saw a cockroach twice (may have been the same one), but we made sure to put food away and never saw another one. The condo is super spacious, plenty of room for six people, and NO ONE will ever top that balcony - incredible. There were plenty of A/C units, which kept us very cool, and a large washer/dryer that we used to wash stuff. The condo was well-stocked with snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, and some VERY basic supplies (be prepared to go to the store for more!). Some light switches didn't work, and one of the bedrooms definitely has a full bed, NOT a queen. (The front balcony bedroom that is not the master has a queen - the back bedroom is a full. Not a huge deal for us, but we had to switch some stuff around because my parents couldn't really sleep on the full.) There are three bathrooms, which is fabulous for several people, and the kitchen has just about every dish, pot, and appliance you could want. We cooked all our own meals except for one night, which saved us lots of money. It's located south of the "big" tourist area, which means it's quieter, but you will have to drive 5-10 minutes to get to all that. Loved it all!

Amazing View

Amazing ocean view. Very well appointed home. Kitchen has all you need. There are 3 bathrooms, one with a bidet. Plenty of pool and ocean toys, umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards not to mention beach towels. Wonderful surprise for our 3 kids. Very clean home with nice washer and dryer and starter detergent. Great communication with property management. We really enjoyed the pool after long day at near by Magic Sand Beach and Kahalu’u Snorkel Park.

Amazing view

While the inside of the unit is a bit dated, it is a great value and the view is amazing. There were only 2 of us so we had a lot of extra room. Check-in process was super easy and we appreciated the late check-out.

Great location and really nice property

The property is a little dated but you can’t beat the location. The lanai is huge and we saw a bunch of whales during our stay. Included free parking was nice too.

Outstanding Stay

This was a perfect place to stay. 4 bedrooms a large living/dining area and good kitchen. The location was as advertised. We had great views of the Ocean and the tide pools were just outside our place. A Very large balcony.

Stunning sunsets

The property was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and it was clean. The real star is the lanai. You cannot beat the sunset views, the star gazing from the lanai, or the sounds of the waves crashing on to the rocks below. The lanai alone is worth it. I already miss falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the Pacific.

Another great vacation at this gorgeous apartment

We (2 families, 7 of us) spent 5 nights 2024 new year, fall in love with this place. We decided to come back again this year. Stayed 6 nights during Xmas.No regret at all, we really enjoyed every moment of it, breathtaking view, gorgeous sunset, the most relaxing place is sitting on balcony. This place has everything we need for a comfortable living, very clean, well equipped kitchen for cooking. Host agent is very responsive and easy communication. Property management is very friendly and helpful. Still on our top list for next year holiday! Thanks so much for hosting us again!

Best view on the island!

WOW! What a breathtaking view! We spent most of our time on the beautiful, expansive balcony listening to crashing waves, watching surfers, and enjoying the whales and sea turtles. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a lovely vacation. The pool and hot tub were great, and the condo is conveniently located to everything! We would definitely stay here again! Aloha!
