“This property was wonderful. We have stayed at Kona Plaza before and love the location. It is also surprisingly quiet for being right in town. The lanai is wonderful and so relaxing. It exceeded our expectations regarding supplies - all the condiments we needed and never had to purchase more paper towels or toilet paper. “Our entire stay was made better by our place at the Kona Mansions. It is a beautiful property and all the best has gone into making the accommodations superb!! It was a great location as well, central to everything and quiet with lush and beautiful landscape. We loved the pool, very nice common area for BBQ and patio dining. Because of my husband’s arthritis those 3 flights of stairs were definitely a lot for him. An elevator would have been helpful.”

“Great location! Good communication from host! I was a little worried about the parking, but it wasn’t much of an issue. Clean and as advertised. Would recommend a larger TV and a nicer mattress. Overall a great place to stay!”

“The condo is adequate. The murphy bed was good. The grounds are beautiful and swimming pool were good. The condo is dated and needs a little bit of TLC It was quiet and doable for us. Kitchen was ok. The convection top is difficult and pans for it are bad because everything got stuck on bottom of pan, even on low.”
