Una casa vacanza recentemente rilasciata, Country Club Villas # 216 è un ampio condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni situato sul 18 ° fairway del Kona Country Club con spettacolare vista sul campo da golf e sull'oceano.  Questo bellissimo condominio offre una serie di servizi tra cui:

Country Club Villas # 216 offre viste panoramiche sull'oceano e sui campi da golf dal lanai, dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale.  Si tratta di un condominio ristrutturato con A / C nella camera da letto e soggiorno principale, pavimenti in legno e nuovi bagni piastrellati.  Viene completamente attrezzato, TV via cavo in soggiorno e in entrambe le camere da letto e WiFi. 

Questa è una posizione ideale per salire e scendere lungo la costa di Kona e sperimentare tutte le attività oceaniche disponibili.  Dall'altra parte del fairway si trova la baia di Keauhou che ospita una varietà di sport acquatici ed escursioni in barca, tra cui la nuotata notturna di Manta o lo snorkeling al Captain Cook.  Le mante si radunano di notte davanti allo Sheraton Hotel, che illumina la vista sull'oceano al crepuscolo dal tuo lanai.

Solo un paio di minuti a nord è il Kahalu’u Beach Park, uno dei migliori spot per lo snorkeling e il surf sulla Big Island.  Pochi minuti più a nord c'è Magic Sands, nota per il body surf, il boogie boarding o semplicemente per rilassarsi in spiaggia.

Per gli amanti della terra, Alii Drive, appena fuori dal complesso, è uno dei tratti più famosi di Kona per corridori, escursionisti e ciclisti ed è noto per essere l'inizio della maratona del campionato mondiale Ironman.

Wonderful Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here at Country Club Villas. The location on the golf course, in the complex and on the Kona coast was perfect! The shopping center nearby is great and you can walk there if so inclined. If you are golfers like us, entertainment was available all day from the lanai. From our lanai chairs we could see approach shots and putting on the 10th hole. The 18th hole fairway is right beyond the lanai. Most tee shots on the 18th land where you get to watch golfers second shots. We loved the view with the ocean in the background. The sunsets are breathtaking. Each evening you could see the pretty lights from the manta ray boats out on the bay. The condo itself was nicely done in Hawaiian decor and very comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was really beneficial. My only recommendation is the kitchen does need an update. Although very functional, with nice appliances and well stocked, the cabinets and countertops do need to be updated. We would definitely stay here again. The pools are great!

Family vacation

Pros- large property. Nice view of ocean and golf course. Three pools not busy and short walk. Beach close. Beds comfortable. Very easy parking. Food and coffee close by. Cons- if you like ac but not constant noise this place doesn’t work. Three separate ac units window mount style. Very loud. Two are positioned on the Lani so you either have the noise and hot air output or you turn them off each time you sit outside. Problem they need to run all day to keep up w temp. Definitely a bummer and very loud to sleep with. No privacy in the master bedroom see through curtains that face lani and golf course. Towels and sheets old and stained. Over all location and set up are mid for the price we could have stayed in a more comfortable location.

Country club villas

Really great location. On the 18th holes Kona Country Club. Condo was nicely appointed and the AC was greatly appreciated. As there was only one day in 7 that the breeze was off the ocean. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again most definitely.

Excellent location!

My husband and I stayed for 10 days and felt so comfortable staying here. We had everything we needed to settle in, including coffee for out first morning there. View is great, pools are nice and quiet and we felt like the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while we were there! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location; Unit Needs a Bit More Care

The property as a whole is a bit older which made it quaint and home-feeling. The views are spectacular and the location is nice. Some issues that I had to let the manager know is that the unit was very dusty. They’ve got Nick Nacks, fake flowers, lamp shade etc that need a solid dusting. There is only a window unit for family area and master bedroom (which we knew) but the front room shades don’t lift up or down to get a breeze when it is cool and the shades are paper thin. Morning light and heat dumps in. The living room and master shades are not dark either. Morning light and shade does not happen, and those shades have dust all over them when shutting. The window units are SO loud we just shut them off and slept hot. The first bed in the front room is slightly disconnected from the headboard so every time my son moved in his sleep it would knock around loudly. And lastly the dryer vent does not fully go into the dryer vent slot. So clothes would get wrapped around it and unfortunately since I packed light I had 3 items/straps break on my clothes. Lastly, the water pressure in the second bathroom is really low and the hot water only stays for 10 minutes so having two littles shower at the same time was hard. When I called the woman I booked with. She ask that I contact a second person. To me, that’s her job. It’s not my job on vacation to contact multiple people. The location and property are nice, but I wouldn’t stay in this unit again until they paid it some attention.

10 relaxing days

This was a wonderful property. Close enough to Kona Town that you could get there quickly but far enough away that you had a quieter vibe. Dawn was always responsive and easy to work with. We had a wonderful stay.

Easy and Convenient

Property was clean and well kept. Quiet. Convenient location to several beaches. This is our third time on the Big Island so we didn’t feel the need to drive further to get to Volcanos National Park, the Black Sand Beach, the Green Sand Beach or the Hilo side (all things we have done already). So for really making this a true beach vacation - we were in a great location to access a ton to beaches all within 5-35 minutes. Looking for surf lessons? I highly recommend Ohana. They were so good that my son took lessons 3 days in a row and my daughter 2 times. I’d spent the extra $25 and go for the semi private lessons. Overall very happy with our stay.

Relaxing

We will return! The property is exactly what the listing described. A great location for us, felt like a local. We are cooks, so the kitchen was wonderful and enjoyed the surrounding farmers markets and quick stop into the KTA. Spent a ton of time in the pools here as well. Took a few trips to the Hāpuna Beach and Holualoa too for coffee and lunch. A great 2.5 mile round trip walk to the Outrigger Hotel area from here. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we’re happy to have AC in the evenings while sleeping. Older yet well built complex, hardly every heard neighbors. Landscaped perfectly, I will remember the smells of all the tropical blooms for a very long time! -Ali

Kona Country Club

The location and views are great from the very large Lani with it's own BBQ. The owners were very responsive to replacing a ceiling fan (same day). Very well stocked with everything you will ever need. However the frying pans need to be replaced as they will not sit level on the stove. The biggest concern is the bedding linens, bath towels & wash clothes are very well used and need to be replaced. These items really tarnished the over all experience of a great property.

Excellent location - Condo was great

We are golfers- so loved being so close plus so close to KTA store. Just 10 min to downtown. Condo had everything we needed. If we come back to big island, we would definitely stay here

Delightful location on golf course

We loved this comfortable condo. Woke up to a lovely view of the 18th hole and the ocean beyond. We have family nearby and the location near them, and the shopping center, can't be beat.

Parking spot steps away from private entrance. No stairs or elevators to deal with. Huge deck overlooking 18th hole of Kona County Club. Super close to shopping center and Keahou Bay. 3 pools.

Quiet and Relaxing

Beautiful views with a quiet location out of the hustle of Kona but just a short drive to town. This unit is on the 18th fairway with a beautiful ocean view combining two fantastic vistas. The Kona Golf and Country club is welcoming to visitors and was fun to play.
