Posizione, posizione, posizione! Situato direttamente di fronte a White Sands Beach, localmente chiamato Magic Sand Beach per la sua sabbia in continua evoluzione. È anche a breve distanza a piedi da Pahoehoe Beach.

Questa proprietà è stata completamente rinnovata da cima a fondo nel 2019 e decorata con un'atmosfera contemporanea hawaiana. Amerai le vedute di entrambe le montagne e la spiaggia dal lanai coperto. Dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con aria condizionata centralizzata, WIFI gratuito e si trova al 2 ° piano. Camera da letto principale con letto king size, TV, accesso diretto alla lanai e bagno privato. La seconda camera da letto include un letto matrimoniale e una TV.

What a lovely stay we had! This unit is well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds and showers were fantastic. The location is excellent as well. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping plus right across from a small beach. We arrived to the unit at night and lights had been turned on to welcome us. Thank you for a great time!

The location and ease of checkin was amazing. I have stayed in these condos before and this stay was the best! Very pretty condo that had everything we needed, even beach stuff. Would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property

Kona dive trip 2022

Loved our stay !!! Super upgraded condo ! Amazingly comfortable beds !!! Cable on every tv in every room ! (I know in Hawaii but I wind down with tv) 🤣 Well stocked kitchen !! Laundry in unit ! Right on Ali’i drive so quick jaunt to shops n restaurants ! We dive so it was nice being close(bout 15-20 min) to harbor n dive boat every morning !! Great parking !! It seriously couldn’t have been more perfect ! Mahalo

Location & condo superb

The condo was beautifully renovated and decorated. Had all accessories we needed in condo, for beach and pool. Location to shops & restaurants was great. White Sand (Magic Sands) was directly across road. So handy. We went every day plus the pool too. Loved having a kitchen, lanai and washer/dryer. Highly Recommend this Unit 220 !

Big Island Condo rental.

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures were accurate. The unit is recently renovated. It has easy access to a nice beach across the street and it is a short drive down Ali’i to the main drag for restaurants and shopping. We would stay again if we came back to the big island. One note: When we were there, the registration with the main complex office was just filling out a form that is located outside of the office and then putting it in the mailbox. If you arrive after 4pm and the office is closed, you can still run over to the office and complete the registration that evening if you don’t plan on being around much the next day.

Beautiful!

Wonderful balcony, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice pool, beautiful grounds and great bbq area. Short walk to a great picnic and boogie board beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Five Star Experience

This condo was exactly as pictured. Very well done recent remodel, perfectly stocked with all the kitchen accessories you need, beds are super comfortable, condo property amenities were great, dedicated covered parking was a plus. Condo location across from popular white sand beach and near shopping and restaurants couldn’t have been better. We loved everything about it and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful location, clean remodel

Great property location in front of popular Magic Sand Beach. Inside remodel was very tasteful with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations. Good cookware, utensils, other kitchenware. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and first aid kit (smart). Provided umbrella, boogie board and snorkel gear were handy. Community pool and BBQ facilities were nice. On-site manager email address was returned for invalid address, was only down point. Definitely recommend.

Stay at Magic Sands/White Sands Beach Condo

It was a very nice updated condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. I loved the interior-very beachy. Good location near two beaches. One was great for snorkeling and the other for lounging. It never got too noisy at night. Everyone we met (other guests) were very nice and friendly.

Beyond words

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! We had everything we needed to prepare a meal if needed, although we chose to only eat breakfast there and experience the local cuisine for lunch/dinner. The location was very convenient. A reasonable drive to national parks, and the beach across the street was perfect, keeping in mind it is the ocean and waves can be strong. Just up the road a little ways are a couple bays with more still waters. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. We are already planning our next visit and will opt to stay here again.

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everything for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a couple of boogie boards, etc. There was a cooler and an additional picnic cooler that we used a lot. It's central to everything and we couldn't have picked a better place. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice stay in this updated and modern condo. The convenient location to everything is a bonus. Everything was as listed. Many extras like chairs, beach towels and cooler were available and appreciated.

Beautiful , Very Comfortable Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and I appreciated all of the beach equipment (chairs, towels, snorkel gear, toys, cooler) so we didn't have to pack it or buy it. The balcony overlooks the pool and you can also see the ocean across the street. The beach is a very short walk across the street but the only downside is that it was super crowded and the surf was a little too rough for my 4 and 7 year old. You can walk to a couple casual restaurants and everything else is a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!!

Kona vacation

This condo was one of the best appointed places we have ever stayed. The overall property is nice - small pool , good grills and right across street from a very popular beach. The condo itself was great. Amazingly clean, beautifully done, small details ( makeup remover/ first aid/ great bed and pillows/ kitchen totally stocked with utensils and spices ). The owners really worked to make this condo nice. We own and rent a condo in CO so we were impressed. Kona coast were very quick to respond to anything we asked about Great vacation. Thanks so mucj.
