Vieni a soggiornare nel bellissimo complesso condominiale fronte oceano Casa De Emdeko!

Molto bella una camera da letto, un bagno piano terra vista condominio unità A109 per quattro persone. Cucina rinnovata con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un nuovo frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Completamente attrezzato con caffettiera automatica, tostapane, forno a microonde, cuociriso / pentola a cottura lenta, frullatore, miscelatore e macinacaffè. Perfetto come casa lontano da casa.

La comoda unità al piano terra si trova sul lato sud del complesso ed è accessibile senza l'uso di scale. La camera da letto ha un letto king size e la zona giorno ha un divano letto queen size. Aria condizionata centralizzata, due TV a schermo piatto, lavasciuga, cavo e WiFi ad alta velocità gratuito inclusi. Il mini frigorifero nella zona giorno è un posto comodo dove conservare le bevande fredde appena dentro la porta scorrevole del lanai. Perfetto per le coppie che amano cucinare o una famiglia di quattro persone.

Casa De Emdeko si trova a circa 1,5 miglia a sud del centro storico di Kona. Visita il Palazzo Hulihee, la chiesa di Mokuaikaua o il monumento storico nazionale Kamakahonu. Cenare in uno dei tanti ottimi ristoranti. Solo un breve tragitto in auto verso nord o sud rivelerà le meravigliose spiagge della costa occidentale delle Hawaii. Il complesso condominiale stesso dispone di due piscine: una piscina con giardino d'acqua dolce proprio fuori dall'unità e una piscina di acqua salata costruita sul bordo dell'oceano. Accanto alla piscina di acqua salata si trova un'area prendisole sabbiosa con sedie a sdraio sotto alte palme che è un ottimo posto per guardare i delfini nuotare al mattino, i bellissimi tramonti la sera o semplicemente sedersi e godersi un buon libro in qualsiasi momento! Complex dispone anche di un piccolo negozio di generi alimentari / minimarket situato appena fuori dal cancello di sicurezza.

Il lanai di questa unità presenta nuovi mobili da giardino ed è proprio accanto alla piscina di acqua dolce e al bellissimo cortile tropicale. L'area cabana ha tre griglie a gas, i tavoli da giardino con sedie per mangiare e le torce tiki sono accese di notte. Viene fornito un posto auto non assegnato.

Questa è una struttura per non fumatori, senza animali domestici. C'è un soggiorno minimo di 3 notti / 10 notti durante Ironman e Natale. Codice fiscale Hawaii: 037-029-5808. Kona vacation

Nice condo for our needs, kitchen fully equippped. We liked the property beach and grills. Good stay here, would stay again. Close enough we could walk to Kona for exercise.

Great location, beautiful grounds!

Perfect home to come back to, prepare a meal and step outside to catch a gorgeous sunset. The grounds were well maintained and the condo met all of our needs. Refreshing in the salt water pool while watching the sunset was beyond perfect. Great place!

Older property/ Condo with a Saltwater pool

We decided to stay at this property and rented #109 based on the property listing and previous reviews. Photos shown/description listed some items that were not in the condo. Arrived promptly at 4pm check in time. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with a very strong stale, musty smell. The condo apparently had been cleaned, but there was a half live cockaroach on the bathroom floor. The tile floors must have been mopped with dirty water as the bottoms of our feet clearly showed. The photos make the rooms /furniture appear larger- the bedroom is quite small and barely fits the king bed. The bed needs an upgrade as it was lumpy and 'springy'. Be prepared to bounce around if your partner rolls over or gets out of bed. The bathroom does have two sinks and the shower had good water pressure but be warned- larger humans will not fit in the shower. Also the toilet is very low to the ground and not much space between that and the shower.There is no safe in the unit to lock up valubles. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker as stated in the listing or, if it does , it was not hooked up. Also one of the refrigerator doors doesn't open all the way due to the wall. Wicker couch is not very comfortable . Some info in the provided welcome booklet are incorrect. We were told by property mgmt there wasnt any beach gear but there were chairs, umbrellas, cooler,etc. Gas BBQ's struggled to grill food. Keyless entry was nice,Saltwater pool was great and location was good.

Highly recommended

Beautiful property with all of the amenities you need. The oceanside pool is a lovely place to relax and cool off. I could sit and watch the waves crash for hours! This property has a warm and inviting feel. I hope to visit again, next time for a longer stay!

Quiet property. Met many other nice guests. The condo was well equipped. Absolutely loved the private beach and saltwater pool! Perfect location along Ali'i Street and the Trolley/Hop on bus worked great for us...no rental car needed.

Perfect Oceanside retreat!

This place was perfect for my boyfriend and me! It was super cute. It was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but also very convenient. The property is right on the ocean. We very much enjoyed the beautiful saltwater pool right next to the ocean! We also loved waking early enough for sunrise and sitting on our lovely lanai, listening to the tropical sounds of the birds and the waves, watching geckos run around. It was so lovely. The only suggestions I would make is to upgrade the bed. I’m not sure if it was the mattress itself or the bed frame, but it was a little lumpy/off center. Also if there were ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room like there is on the lanai, it would be so nice. All in all, we had a great stay! We will definitely recommend the place to family and friends visiting the beautiful island of Hawaii!

Great Property friendly people at the complex

Nice place, good access to center of town and beaches. Great Condo with all the amenities and bbq's. The beach chairs and umbrella's were an added benefit. Good secure complex. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

Loved the condo and it’s location within the complex. It was great to have the pool right outside the back of the condo. The beach was a great place to watch the sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

One week in paradise! Location of the unit was great and overall complex was quite wonderful. Pools were empty and awesome for doing laps. The saltwater pool needs to be resurfaced, it has several potholes and cracks, but next to the ocean, so beautiful! Would stay again!

Cozy with good socializing potential

When I first found this condo on VRBO, I was hoping for a personal owner experience. The kind where the place is clean and the condiments are still in the fridge. This is a cozy place and we stayed two weeks as a family of 4 and enjoyed it very much. The place is quiet (except some noise on Sat nights from returning party folks as bedroom window is right on walkway) and nicely located by the chlorine pool. The saltwater pool overlooking the ocean is fantastic. This isn’t allowed anymore so this is a one of a kind. Also the common areas with the cabana and BBQ grills sets guests up for a nice social experience if you want to grill and dine on one of the ma y tables overlooking the ocean. Feels like a restaurant without servers. With COVID around, there were signs that said mask wearing in common areas was mandatory or management would be “forced to close the pools and common areas.” Many masked, some didn’t, pools stayed open. I didn’t like that we received an extremely long contract from the property management company after booking. If I didn’t sign it, my reservation would have been cancelled. I feel this should be clearly spelled out in the listing. It felt a bit sterile renting in this way. This could also be that I’m more used to Airbnb where it feels like a more personal owner/renter experience. That being said, the full1time residents were amazing and we’d stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Casa de Emdeko. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool near the sea is terrific, and the property is pretty comfortable. Just about 5 min from the pier.

Great locale and priced well.

The property was clean and close to great restaurants such as Broke da mouth grindz(my favorite), Umekes and Kona Brewing company. The condo was perfect and the grounds were well kept. Spot on for the price.

I have a suggestion that may be helpful to you for guests finding the Vrbo. If you would list the Casa De Emdeko as the location for guests to put into their GPS you would get a lot less phone calls of people being lost. It took us almost an hour to find it. We kept driving by it. And if you could put a sign with an arrow out in front of the Casa with an arrow would also be a good idea. However, it was dark as well when we arrived. We loved our time there. Thank you so much and for the phone calls checking on us. Mohalo😍
