The large sliding doors and unit position affords wonderful natural light with great cross ventilation breeze. The views can be enjoyed from the lanai, living room, kitchen and primary bedroom. The large lanai extends from the living room to the primary bedroom and it’s the perfect space to enjoy the views and sunset. Comfortable lanai furniture makes it even better to enjoy the outdoors. New BBQ is available for guests to grill their favorite meals.

It is very close to Keauhou Bay which is great for ocean activities such as swimming, paddling and boating. The popular Keauhou Resort area has all the conveniences just minutes away: Keauhou Shopping Center with dining, shopping, movie theater and services. Also minutes from the Kona Country Club golf course, beaches, and the Keauhou Shopping Center.
The assigned parking is only a few steps from the unit.


"Quiet Hours" are 10 pm to 8 am. Pool area is designated as a "Quiet Area" and has rules to keep it safe and quiet. No smoking inside the unit, lanai, on common areas, including all parking areas. Only tobacco, including vaping products, may be used in the one outdoor designated smoking area.
Booking the apartment implies agreement and compliance with all Keauhou Punahele House Rules.
Guests must fill out registration card at the Office within 24 hours of arrival.

We request all guests to sign our Rental Agreement. Reservation is only completed once the Rental Agreement is fully signed.

The front door has a smart doorbell with camera.

No BBQ on the unit.

Great location

Well situated complex near Keauhou Bay. Easy walking to the Bay & outdoor market. Very short drive to shopping centre.Condo has no steps in & out, easy access to parking spot. Condo is located centre of building overlooking golf course, incredible sunsets. Everything you need for your stay is supplied. Only con, no community barbq and condo does not have one on the balcony. Quiet, well looked after complex, nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

regret booking here

Nothing like a warm welcome than a huge cockroach on the bathroom counter. (video/time stamp) Next day there was pest control on property. no fan on, windows closed on arrival- extremely hot/uncomfortable and musty. With character limits I will list off what I have written down during my stay: nowhere to hang towels in master bath. one small rack couldn't even fit a single bath towel. used wet smelly towels each night. 4 adults, 7 nights 2 toilet papers. had to contact owner about this. somebody dropped off enough after my text. 1 used paper towel for the week. dirty brown ice cubes. LOTS of hair on counter and floor. large dirty smudge stains on handles of kitchen appliances. diluted dishwasher soap-literal water. dishwasher needs cleaning- did not clean at all after the heavy cycle. handsoap in bathroom 4 pumps from being empty. broken: body wash dispenser for both bathrooms- bathroom sink drain broken, laundry closet door. replace filter light for fridge water/ice flashing. a sponge for kitchen cut into a tiny 1"x1" dirty available to handwash dishes but no dish soap. no spices no spatula, 5 sugar packets. 2 bottles of shampoo but no conditioner? just odd. owner said to let her know if i needed anything, but i shouldn't have to request basic items like toilet paper to begin with. i sense that she is 1 or 2 steps removed from this rental and relies on cleaners because there was very little thought into ensuring a comfortable stay that you normally get when booking a place.
