Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club#4-102 is an incredible DIRECT OCEANFRONT ground floor unit, entirely remodeled throughout.
3 Split Air Conditioning units installed throughout this spectacular offering.

Knutson & Associates Property Management is so proud to be representing this absolutely breathtaking ground floor unit in building 4. Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a large open, fully remodeled kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops. Fully Equipped with cookware, dish ware & all appliances you'll need.

The Open Living Room Room Walks out onto a spacious lanai which fronts the water, being Direct Oceanfront. Listen to the waves crashing from your little oasis!

Tiled throughout, this spacious floor plan is incredibly unique with special features that many units at Surf & Racquet Club do not have.
The Master Bathroom has a large soaking tub, with its own walk in shower as well!
Louver jalousie windows allow cool air to pass through the space if you need. Both Bedrooms in the Front & Back have comfortable King Sized Beds.

Direct oceanfront views from Living Room & Master Bedroom! You can comfortably sleep 4 people total in this 1170 square foot luxury condominium.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! We loved sitting on the lanai watching the sun set each evening! Location is a perfect jumping off point to exploring the other parts of the island. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Propert/Condo Beautiful - Property Mgr. Sad

I would like to start off by saying that the Condo and loaction was overall beautiful. Unfortunately the Property manager acted like a spoiled little Toddler when we called to ask about certain issues. 1st the air condition units (remotes) as well as TV (Remotes) needed new batteries. No problem, we fixed that.. 2nd, out of 4 sliding doors, only one worked (barely). Signs advised not to open them until they get fixed. 3rd, Parking was only available at the Guest spots, which usually had been occupied by the time we came home for dinner. That ment walking in pooring rain. All that is not readon to have a bad time, but when we called the Priperty Manager to ask what is planned, we got told right away, that we bothered him during dinner, repairs on the doors are not planned (we stayed 2 weeks) and if we dont like it, we could leave and find something else. All we asked for is "Sorry for the inconvenience". Again, the unit is great, but I will make sure to not do business again with Knutson & Associates

Beautiful condo

The condo was just perfect for two couples. It was clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay watching the sunset every night. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. Especially recommend Sunset Kai Lanai.

Perfect spot

The condo was perfect for two couples. The unit kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was an abundance of towels, hand towels and washcloths. The patio was a great spot to watch the sunsets. The property management company checked in with us to see if everything was okay.

Wonderful condo with ocean views

Location, location, location! This condo is all about the location---right on the ocean. You can actually hear the ocean waves when you're in the condo. The air conditioning was great to have in all rooms as it was rather hot and humid during the day. Will echo some of the other reviews about the glass sliding doors that lead to the lanai---they lock for some reason when you close them from the outside. They are also quite sticky and need some lubricant so they run smoother on the tracks. This was the case for the screen doors as well. They were quite difficult to open and only my partner was able to open them. They need be replaced as it is probably the sea water that has caused corrosion on the metal tracks. Also, the unit was either missing/low on some basic cooking ingredients: no salt (we bought some and left it in the unit for future guests), no cooking spray (only cooking oil, of which there was a small amount left in the bottle), and no coffee for the coffee machine. For those staying longer than 5 days, please note that they do not provide additional toilet paper or soap/shampoo than what is initially provided and they expect you to purchase your own if you run out. Kind of bizarre and a little ridiculous in my opinion. As another reviewer also pointed out, the only parking spaces available are the visitor spaces as the owner apparently parks in the designated spot for this unit. That may require a little walk sometimes but that didn't bother us.

Beautiful sunsets & condo !

Self check in was very great- nice touch they left the lights on inside for us as we arrived late. Beautiful condo stocked with everything we needed including plenty of beach towels & chairs. The view was awesome- every night we watched the sunset-amazing! Grounds were very well kept and surrounding area was quiet. Pool was great and nice size-enjoyed it every day!

Don't think twice, just book this property! They had everything we needed during our stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of fresh towels and linens, utensils, AC, and above all a beautiful view. We are already looking forward to our stay here in the future.

Perfect location

The property is beautiful, location is perfect and very quiet. Condo unit needs some attention. Back slider door latches don't work properly. When it's switched to unlock and you close them it catches and they lock. Got locked out! Owner keeps their car in the designated spot for unit and there is only 2 visitor spots available by unit. So it's inconvenient at times when the parking is full you need to park further away from condo.

We loved our stay, very nice opening doors while we sleep to hear the ocean and enjoy coffee on in the morning! Clean and stocked. Only complaint was the washing machine left our clothes super smelly.. just needs a good cleaning I think.

Great Place To Escape

If you need a place to getaway, relax, enjoy stunning views of the ocean at your footsteps, this is the place. The condo was as advertised, spacious for two couples, very nicely decorated and a great lanai to begin and end your day on. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again if we ever get back.

Outdated and broken down

Washer dryer broken, master tub broken, key to pool didn’t work, toilet ran constantly, kitchen faucet leaks, incorrect information about the place provided, outdated kitchen utensils, living room AC not functional. Overall not worth the money for how outdated it is. Recommend picking a better place to stay.
