Questa unità è MOLTO pacifica! Le onde che si infrangono sugli scogli praticamente annegano qualsiasi rumore ambientale nelle altre unità e il prato ben curato ��� il tuo cortile per l'acqua. È un'unità angolare al piano terra, quindi apre lo "spazio privato" per questo condominio. Il complesso della porta accanto è rivolto a sud, quindi non ci sono altre unità che si affacciano sul lanai. I tramonti del lanai sono spettacolari! Unità perfetta per guardare gli stabilizzatori al mattino, i delfini spinner, i parasailer, alcuni surfisti e i pazzi pescatori della lancia! Molto pulito e silenzioso.

Una delle migliori posizioni nel complesso, questa unità dispone di 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno, una cucina completamente attrezzata e ventilatori a soffitto. Essendo alla fine, hai una bella banca di finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nella camera da letto e una finestra più piccola nella doccia, che consente non solo una buona ventilazione, ma aggiunge molta luce diurna. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e c'è un divano letto nel soggiorno per accogliere ospiti aggiuntivi.

La piscina riscaldata dal sole è idealmente situata sul bordo dell'oceano insieme a una spiaggia sabbiosa, un'area picnic e barbecue a gas. Una piscina di acqua salata unica si trova vicino all'oceano. La piscina di acqua salata è adiacente ma non sulla proprietà Kona Isle ed è di proprietà dello Stato delle Hawaii. Utilizzare a proprio rischio. La città di Kailua (negozi e ristoranti) è a pochi passi, così come le spiagge, lo snorkeling e l'Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Accesso WiFi gratuito nel complesso.

Property listing indicated the unit was air conditioned. This was definitely not accurate. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom but nothing in the rest of the unit. It was miserably hot, over 80 degrees, in the unit the entire trip despite the use of multiple fans. Almost to the point of being unbearable. We would have asked to move but were there during Iron Man so knew there wouldn’t be anything available.

Beautiful place and location

Overall we had an amazing time. The place is clean and updated. Perfect for a family of 3 - 4 people. Great location, and perfect grounds to enjoy. Also an excellent place to take sunset photos.

Nice ocean front unit

Beautiful ocean view and ground floor access. Very comfortable living room seating and bed. Well appointed kitchen. Construction next door was a bother and the unit is alongside the public beach access to the saltwater pool so lots of activity day/night. Kona Isle grounds and pool new wonderfully maintained.

Our stay was very pleasant! This location was walking distance to town. Check-in and management where welcoming and quick to respond with any requests. Ocean view was beautiful and weather was perfect. Only downfall was pool was under construction for the month of April (stated in description) and construction cones in-front of our unit only (not stated in description). Would recommend this unit to friends and family . Mahalo!

A beautiful, special place!

We were very fortunate to stay in this beautiful ocean-front unit at Kona Isle! The ground-level location is so convenient, and the view from the lanai is amazing. Being able to sit at the outdoor table to eat, relax, and watch sunset was really a treat. We would definitely stay here again!

Steps from the water, a few more to entertainment

Caught sunset (almost) every evening as the back opens to a serene environment and atmosphere. Small place, perfect for 2. Lots of small things like pots, pans, utensils so we had many meals we were able to prepare ourselves. For the nights you want a restaurant and tourist watching, you can walk or drive approx 1mile.

The property and the view was amazing! We BBQ'd and sat out on the chaise lounges near the beach. Wonderful sunsets every night. We were happy the bedroom had AC, but it was a stand-alone unit and was kind of loud at night. No sound of the waves over the AC.

Beautiful Location

Great location. Great communication with the property owner. The property was just like the photos. The property has beach towels and a beach umbrella, which was nice. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters, salt and pepper, tin foil, …the property does not provide those things.

Great place, great location, great time

This VRBO is in a great location, steps away from the ocean. Sunsets at night were fantastic by the beach and bbq area, or sit on your lanai and watch it from there. Listening to the wave crashing on the rocks was very relaxing Approx 30 min walk into town if you want to have a couple of extra Mai Tai's, and don't want to drive home. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to make meals. Swimming pool was nice to cool off in the afternoon, and only steps away from the unit, so getting refills on beverages was easy. Location is fantastic, easy drive to many places Booking was straightforward and property managers are attentive.

Beautiful view, convenient location, good amenities but...

In sum, we loved our stay there because the location was super convenient to everywhere, the view to the Ocean was amazing, the unit was clean from a tidiness perspective and although we didn't use 99% of the amenities (toys, beach gear, games, appliances), it was nice to see that they were available should we want them. In all, we had a lovely stay, and I hate to share the con..... The only real downside was that the place has bugs. If it were only ants, I could understand that since we are on the beach in a tropical location. I wasn't even phased by the gecko that we found. It was the ants plus the small baby roaches that were the issue. Every evening when we got in they were in the bathroom and kitchen. Because of that we kept all of our opened food (even dry food) in the fridge. There's a handbook that warns of the types of bugs in Hawaii and perhaps in the area, but as a southerner, I'm familiar with bugs and the best that I can surmise is that the units have bugs because it is older and needs some floorboard and fixture upgrades to keep them out. The place was clean (the cleaning crew does a good job and there are lots of cleaning products stored there). The problem is that they are likely getting in through small crevices. Each night we had to get rid of them. The baby ants were mostly present in the daytime and the baby roaches at night--they took shifts apparently. I only mention this because if you have kids or other relatives, like I do, who are deathly afraid of bugs, it would've been a big problem. We did not alert management because the only thing that they could've done was spray pesticide, which we would not have wanted to have to breath in every day during our stay. If they can resolve that problem this would be a perfect place to stay.

Granted, we were in a warm climate area, but even when we were careful about keeping food off of the counter and any other place, there were still a lot of ants and cockroaches. Additionally, the unit was bare bones as far as daily needs. We had to purchase everything as far as seasonings for food. There wasn't even a salt shaker. Overall, we would not rent this unit again.

Beautiful views!

Excellent property with incredible views! The location is centrally located with easy parking. We loved the ground floor unit because the views of the ocean were still unobstructed and it gave us very easy access to the pool. My only wish list would be for a few more beach/shower towels and some basics items in the kitchen like extra paper towels, extra laundry soap. Also the Murphy bed was incredibly difficult to put back together and we ended up leaving it open the whole time. All in all…I would definitely stay again!

Nice condo. Ground floor, ocean front. Just far enough from “downtown” yet close enough to walk to town (for us). Tiny convenience store real close if ya’ need something quick. We plan on coming back. I wanted to paint the wall gecko🦎 on the lanai but didn’t. Thank you for offering the place.

Problems in condo

Had to put new refrigerator in condo (lost food in the refrigerator), sliding door on the bottom leaked water approximately 21/2 feet into the living room floor every morning ( quite a nice leak), sugar ants in kitchen (working areas). I think the water is from the sprinkler system (it needs adjustment). The whole lanai chairs and table wet. Couldn’t sit out in the mornings enjoying coffee and breakfast( way to wet). The condo was very quiet and a nice location to view the water.

Lovely Seaside Condo

Great location close to the water! Well equipped kitchen, beautiful views from the lanai. Ground floor, steps to the ocean. No beach, but a very nice shared area with lounges, chairs, tables and barbecues. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple.

First time in Hawaii

Our first trip to Hawaii will definitely NOT be our last. This property fit our needs perfectly. It's just the right distance from town, but not too far. You could walk there if you had to (35 minutes), which we did one night from the bar because it was so nice out. And it's just far enough away that there is very little traffic or crowds of people. We can't wait to come back and stay in the same unit.

We were delighted with our stay. Perfect location for a relaxing vacation if you like to watch the sunrise, the whales and boats go by, take a dip in the pool when you’re hot, make your own meals in a well equipped kitchen , watch the sunset and sleep with the sound of the surf in your ears.
