Accesso a due piscine, spiaggia artificiale e zona pranzo barbecue con vista sull'oceano e sui tramonti. 920 piedi quadrati di spazio, questa unità ha un ingresso separato per il bagno per gli ospiti. Accessibile alle sedie a rotelle. Grande cabina doccia, letto matrimoniale e letto matrimoniale Murphy. Lavanderia in camera, aria condizionata, patio, tv 55 ”, internet, cucina completa con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, vista sul giardino, due piscine-1 acqua salata 1 acqua dolce. We really enjoyed our stay at Ron’s condo at Casa de Emdeko. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The complex was lovely with a perfect laid back vibe. The location was centrally located and had easy access to stores, restaurants, beaches, etc. We really enjoyed grilling by the oceanfront most nights and watching the sunset. We are sad to leave but will definitely be back!

The owner is excellent to communicate with, and the property is quiet, gated, and safe. I accidentally left my iPad at the property, and Ronny was incredibly kind in arranging for it to be shipped back to me. We truly appreciate all his help!

Nice but could be Improved

Great safe, older resort in wonderful condition for the age. No beach but right on the ocean. Clientel mostly seniors, and gather at the bbq area to watch the sunsets, making it easy to meet others. Unit was fairly clean but could use a few improvements.

Everything you need

Well laid out apartment. 2 friends can effectively have their own space. Kitchen with all the items you need. The apartment is cool enough without AC, but had this also. Responsive manager. Great ocean pool and Bbq area. I would stay here again

Great Place to Relax and Explore the West Coast from

We had a great couple of days in this appartment, which was even slightly more spacious than we thought it would be judging from the pictures. We and our kids really enjoyed the complex with its 2 pools and the BBQ area near the ocean. It was the perfect base for us to relax and also to explore some beaches and sights on the west coast of Big Island. The host was very responsive and we had a fantastic time there, would love to come back to this place some time in the future.

Awesome Spot

This is a terrific place to stay, close to shopping, restaurants and beaches, but without crowds and noise. The design of the complex creates its own quiet, private space. Just walk out your door to two great pools, a lovely barbecue and meal area, and the sound of the waves lapping against the sea wall. Nice!

Great place

The two pools are very nice. I like this place better than the resorts. Parking is a tiny bit tight, but well worth being away from the crowds. A/C, refrigerator, and washer/dryer all worked very well. Beds and sofa were very comfortable.

Kona Family Vacation

The condo, and complex, are amazing. The salt water pool with a beach and ocean view was spectacular. The condo was thenperfect size for a family of four, and we will stay here again.

Out standing

Very comfortable for 1 person Liked the location, T V cable is problem, no matter where you stay in Kona! The condo, is very updated and very nice, living room could use a comfortable chair, like a recliner! Thats the reason I said for one person was very comfortable!

Clean, comfy, spacious!

Really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Easy walk out (no stairs!) to the pools, patio, and sunset. Large living room with Murphy Bed is a plus, and the walk in shower was perfect at the end of the day. Ronnie was great to work with - would love to stay here again!

Perfect home away from home!

My family found and fell in love with this complex back in 2020 this is out third trip. The location in perfect, just minutes away from downtown Kona, markets, stores, restaurants and beaches. We love the saltwater pool and the residents who live there make the place feel like home. Every night residents celebrate the setting of the sun which is extraordinarily beautiful. Although we've had pleasant experiences at other units there, this one had the best mattress by far AND the murphy bed in the livingroom was a stroke of genius! That bed was so much more comfortable for my daughter than the traditional pull out sofas we usually get and we appreciated that we could leave it down and still have enough space to sit together and watch some TV at the end of the day. The owner also provided a few items that made our days out exploring the beaches even more fun including a beach umbrella (a must have) a couple different cooler options, chairs, toys, and finally a really nice snorkle set (worked really well). I also appreciated that the owner leaves some of the essentials behind like seasoning, etc. I know theres no promise of those things so It was a nice surprise. Also, I have to add that the owner was really easy to communicate with and the one inquiry I had was answered almost immediately. Overall, this is a great unit in an amazing complex.Thank you Ronny for sharing your home, hope to come again next year!
