Il nostro condominio oceanside è 23ft. dall'oceano e si trova al 2 ° piano e offre tramonti spettacolari.
Guardare i surfisti e delfini dal vostro Lanai.
A pochi passi dalla città e più di 20 ristoranti.
Il nostro condominio unico immacolato aggiornato ha tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno per una fantastica vacanza. Ha tutti i comfort di casa.
Finestre dal pavimento al soffitto si affacciano a ovest per vedere i meravigliosi tramonti Kona e la baia Kailua in continua evoluzione.

This is a wonderful condo! It is a short walk to town and in a quiet area. The view is perfect! We spent considerable time just sitting on the lanai watching the ocean. The condo had everything we wanted. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was available. The condo was very clean. There are four bbq’s near the pool. The other guests offered to share their bbqs if they were all in use. Alex is a wonderful host. He sent videos showing where to enter the parking lot, the path from the parking lot to the condo, and how to unlock the door. Those were all very easy but it shows how he goes the extra mile to eliminate any possible hiccups. He also called a day after we arrived just to make sure things were as we expected. We hope to return!

It was our first time to the Big Island and we were so happy to have stayed at Alex and Michele's condo. Their condo was beautiful with everything you would need to have a very comfortable stay. The View is Stunning and Magical! You are literally ocean front and a few steps to the water. Parking was free and plentiful. The island is so big and everything is very spread out so it was very nice to be staying in the perfect location that had everything you would need or want within a short distance by car or walking. There were a tons of shops, restaurants and even Costco and Walmart were nearby. Alex was extremely helpful and kind from the moment we booked his place to check out. Alex was so accommodating and very response with all of our questions. He let us check in early, checked in on us, recommended great places to eat and things to do. Alex made everything so easy and now we have a new friend from Kona!! Mahalo Alex and Michele for sharing your beautiful place with us and treating us like family!

We have stayed at this beautiful condo multiple times. The view is AMAZING and the condo is beautifully remodeled. The communication with the owners is easy and they are friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat. We easily walked into town to shop and eat at our favorite restaurants. We look forward to staying there again!

The view! The view! The view! This is not just an ocean view. You are on the ocean. You can throw a macadamia nut off the lanai and hit the ocean. The sunsets were spectacular. You can walk to all the major shops and restaurants from the condo.The condo was clean and very livable with all the appliances and well stocked with pots and pans, basic spices, oil/butter and condiments.The AC kept the living room/kitchen cool but it was tough to get the cool air around the corner into the bedroom. But we were fine by just sleeping with the sheet and the ceiling fan on high.The washer and dryer was very appreciated in that it let us wash our clothes in the middle of the week and therefore only bring carry on luggage. The condo is perfect size for a couple. Adding another couple or of a couple kids will require creativity such as an air mattress or sleeping bags on the floor in the living room. But it's doable.Alex the host, called several times and gave us tips on beaches, snorkeling locations and the best restaurants. We ran out of TP halfway through our stay but Alex got us restocked quickly. Great host. Best view we have ever had.

My husband and I stayed at this property from May 20th - June 5th, 2 weeks plus! We have been staying in Alex and Michele's Condo since 2012! The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.We like the well appointed kitchen for all the cooking and barbecuing we do. The beach chairs and coolers are very convenient for day trips. So go enjoy we will be going back to take in the nightly sunsets and sounds of the waves crashing on the shores!

Awesome oceanfront condo. The view is amazing! We had to force ourselves to leave the condo. All we wanted to do is sit there on the lanai and watch the waves. Alex and Michelle are fantastic hosts. Their communication before our visit was so helpful! Their condo has been beautifully updated and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. We loved relaxing on their lanai and watching the surfers and boogie boarders. The views and sunsets were stunning. The location is perfect. We walked to dinner every evening. We also enjoyed the pool and bbq area. We loved their condo so much that we have booked another stay in their gorgeous home!

Nice and very convenient place to stay

This is an ideal place to stay. The property, Kona Reef Resort condominium, is perfectly located as it is close to many shopping centers on one side but also evenly positioned to visit beaches to the north or to the south from it. The view from the room is gorgeous as you are looking at waves right in front of your eyes. Condo is very clean and convenient. Alex, the property owner, is very thorough in explaining everything that is very helpful especially for people who come there for the first time. The entire process of renting was very smooth and easy. Special thanks to Alex for directly communicating with us and setting up everything needed for arrival way in advance and not within 3 days before the rental period. We will return to the same place next year - this is our decision that says all one need to know.

30th anniversary vacation

The condo we rented in Kona was absolutely beautiful. The location was stunning! Communication with Alex went above and beyond. His hospitality was phenomenal. He recommended many things to do in the local area, which was very helpful. His condo is stocked with everything you would need for a nice day. The resort itself is in a nice location with easy walking to shops, restaurants, and everything you would need. I highly recommend this kind of accommodation in Hawaii! It was fantastic.

Incredible Oceanfront Stay on the Big Island!

We had an amazing time staying at this VRBO on the Big Island. The location couldn’t have been better—literally steps from the ocean, with stunning views and the sound of the waves creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation.The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. What really stood out, though, was the host. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering local tips throughout our trip.Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a peaceful, oceanfront getaway with a great host. The comfortable and immaculate waterfront unit is recently and beautifully updated. Proprietor Alex --- eho is always available by phone or text -- has made certain it contains just about anything you might need for your stay, the beach, and snorkeling. The Kona Reef complex is meat, clean and has a wonderful oceanfront swimming pool and grassy frontage. Ideal location, great kitchen, cozy king bed with plenty of closet space. You can't askbfor better. We'll be back.

Wonderful condo!

We love the Kona Reef and this is by far the best of the three condo's we've stayed in there. We have already booked our next reservation. Some of the little things we appreciated include the comfortable lounge chair on the lanai, the Brita filter in the fridg so we didn't have to buy bottled water, and the living room lighting being good enough for reading! Alex stayed in close touch with us to make sure that all our needs were met.

Just what we needed

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The views and the sounds of the ocean were relaxing and the location was highly desirable. The sunsets every evening were beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent! Alex was always willing to help and offer suggestions and advice. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed celebrating part of our 25th anniversary trip here. We hope to come back soon and will plan to stay here again when we do. Thank you!

WOW, I wish I could give 1000 stars!!!!!!

"Wow" is all we could say when we walked in this condo. This condo has everything you can think of, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and snorkel gear. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, with high quality sheets and an extra blanket if needed. The view is just amazing, the lanai has high quality, very comfortable patio furniture with views of the beautiful sunsets as well as great entertainment watching the surfers and boogie boarders ride the waves. The owner was very good at communicating, providing great restaurant recommendations, answering questions about the condo, and the island itself. The owners have an exceptional place here, it is very clean, had everything we needed and more. They take pride in this home and it shows, we could not have picked a better place!! A huge Mahalo for your hospitality!

Great condo!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at this well appointed condo for two weeks. You will never find a cleaner, more comfortable, convenient to everything rental on the Big Island. Alex and Michele, the hosts, have thought of everything to make your stay memorable. They provide valuable information about dining, tours, driving directions, food trucks, etc. I could go on and on. And, they are always available if you have questions. The views from the lanai are incredible! We woke up to cruise ships right in front of us a few mornings and surfers riding huge waves other mornings. It was always a delight. Walking to town took five minutes if we wanted to shop or have lunch or dinner. I can's say enough about this condo. If I could, I would give it ten stars!!!!

Vacation renter

We have rented vacation rentals at the Kona Reef many times before, but this was the best experience we have encountered. The owner of the condo. Alex Douglas was very helpful in making our stay a pleasurable experience. Whenever we had a question we were able to contact him imediately for an answer. He was gracious and always had the answers we needed. We would definitely rent the condo should we make another vacation trip to Kona. Charles and Nancy Pew
